It was good for short stay. Location is not great (I mean the area). But the distance from Taj Mahal and Agra Fort is nearby. Room was okay, needs cleaning. Food was good also service was better 👍. Hotel staff behaviour was very good. Please be informed No Welcome Drink is served (it was mentioned while booking).

AC not cooling, blanket not cover and have smell , not giving water bottle as welcome drink they gave mug water

bathroom is very bad... no proper hygiene adopted. also room corridor is bad, cigrettes and smoke smells everywhere,

location was not good for family. amenities were poor. guizer was not in the bathroom. Unprofessional service.

It's great room overall and food quality is also good and very neat and clean hotel and staff was very friendly and helpfull

The blankets were old and smelly. Hot water kettle was not working and dirty, when i got it replaced, the 2nd one was very dirty from inside. The window AC had it's front panel removed looking like it could give shocks. The toilet didn't have hand spray, the jet spray was broken. The room was properly clean though.

Staff was not cooperative And even facilities that has been told was not available Facilities were not good

होटल के स्टॉफ का बेवहर बहुत बढ़िया था, रूम सर्विस की अच्छी सुबिधा थी, न्यूनतम शुल्क मे एक परिवार के लिए बेहतरीन होटल, 5 मे से 4 ⭐️ , 1 स्टार काम क्यों की होटल बस लोकेशन थोड़ी घनी आबादी वाले बस्ती.

Cleanliness is good, although there is a scope of improvement. Hospitality is their perk, they are soft spoken and helpful The toiletries can be provided at the time of check in, customers shouldn't ask for them Overall a good visit, you can absolutely go there with family and friends.

MMT is a trusted travelling app... The location of the hotel I stayed in was number one worst.... No food item is available in the hotel and ordering from outside is prohibited.... Such a poor location that even tea is not available for the person... People come out to enjoy and when they get a hotel like this, it becomes a horror movie

The hotel was terrible please don’t ever book a room there. They didn’t had hot water facilities and there were beds bugs also
