I strictly insist on not booking this hotel for your stay. feels avg if u travel alone. feels absolutely poor to stay with family. air conditioner was not switched on. even after insisting multiple times and AC remote was not intentionally not provided in the room. no geyser or hot water family. u have to request the management for hot water in a bucket. it depends on the manager's mood or he will be rude. when questioned he was very rude to me and says, "madam aapko AC bhi chahiye aur garam pani bhi chahiye" as if I was staying in the hotel under his charity. I booked for the hotel as per described amenities which hotel failed to. although the hotel staff was good and he could help me with a water heater (the metal rod kind of arrange) the room was not really clean. the washroom could have washed and the closet and drawer next to bed were very unhygienic. the sheets does not seem to have washed. i booked for a triple bed room. I have to request multiple times for the extra bed and one of us ended up sleeping on the mattress placed on the floor. a strict no.

The quality of the hotel rooms is average, the staff is very good. Nothing else is available except breakfast.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The water was hard, making it uncomfortable, and the bathroom facilities were the worst i've encountered. Definitely not up to the mark. I don't have one

Worse hotel I ever see in my entire life. Please don't waste your money on it. There are plenty of other places which are giving great service on same money. I don't recommend it

It was really wonderful experience in this hotel the staff was very polite and helpful. Food quality was good but they have limited items in their menu. Overall experience was good. I must suggest this hotel whenever you visit agra. Thank you

Nothing was right in this hotel. Old, ill fitting doors, handles. Services the worst ever. I will not recommend this hotel even to my enemies.

Bad experience, housekeeping service is not good. Extra charges are levied for arriving even an hour before time. The room is very expensive as per the facilities.
