This property is not comfortable for purpose of staying in any algle, and not a clean so i can't suggest to anyone for make a booking on this property for purpose of staying

All rooms and washroom have lot of seepage. It was creating more cold at the of new year winter season.

Very bad hotel, no water inside the bathroom, no cleaning, no service, very old damaged building and we never will book this hotel

Too much seepage, dirty l. Not at all recommended. Especially for family tour. Images given shows hotel in good condition. However actually it is in worst condition.

I searched in mm t for one night stay in agra then i find this hotel and i booked but when i visit hotel and then they provide me my room it was terrible room was very big but worst in condition washroom no water stink bad atmosphere overall it was worst and terrible experience to stay there

Booking ac room allotment normal room

No hygiene, bathtoom was very dirty. Bed was very bad quality.

we booked the room of 4 bed, after going there the staff told that no 4 bed rooms are available if you 4 can adjust in two persons room then it's okay, else we can't do anything (neither refund, it was midnight so we decided to adjust in that two bed room. Staff was extremely unprofessional! they took our i'd card and didn't returned us till the end of stay, i have never experienced this policy in any hotel. When we opposed them, they told that they have done the mistake for offering us the rooms! other hotels simply verify and take pictures/xerox of i'd card. And the next main part our stay: extremely terrible! the floor was completely wet, beds were in terrible conditions and the bathroom! was in such condition that one of us decided to use public toilet outside of the hotel rather than using that bathroom! And the last part the facilities that are listed for our room, forget about them (like hot water etc) they failed to provide us the basic facilities. Thanking you

Very poor and dirty washroom, dirty bedsheets and pillows, no cleaning, fan was not working efficiently

Light is very dim, entry is very dirty, water is salty.

Very bad condition of hotel.

The hotel is not maintained at all leave alone the bad or good. All the electrical connections to TV, geyser, ac are literally removed from the wall. Hence, neither TV, geyser nor ac functions. No hot water in bathroom. They supply in buckets. The bathroom is very slippery. Fans are totally dusted. Bed sheets are torn. Sofa has no cushion totally a bad experience.

The hotel is at Baluganj and it is not even close to Agra Cantt or Agra fort station. You have to take an auto to reach both stations. The locality outside is not tourist-friendly as there are all automobile parts shops. There are no rooms in the ground floor. Though the room given to our family is good enough with an led TV but that is of no use due to no channels in the set top box. All things in the room are like 2nd hand, the things there are also broken and unusable in many cases. The main problem is the lock and key system, you can't use your own lock there and you have to rely on their given key. At last you can book your trip there but don't book any touring plans with them as they charge a lot more, go out and approach any auto out there or car. This hotel also provides meals but I didn't tried so I can't say anything about it. Also, they do provide drinking water but you have to go to the reception and urge for it every time and then they will provide only one jug of water (from fridge).

The rooms were very dirty. And the wash room was very very dirty

The manager and other staffs were rude, the Hotel bathroom was filthy, flash didn't work, television doesn't work.

Pathetic room service, Dirty washroom.

Piece of bad bed sheets, torn and hairs on pillows and bed smelly, bathroom no cleaning at all.
