Good hotel,staff are friendly and all interior of room has been worked and totally excellent

My experience is that I checked in at Usha Kiran Hotel on 06/08/2025. I was given room number 111, whose AC was not working. I complained at the reception and I was shifted to room number 107 on the night of 06/08/2025, whose AC was also not working. Then on complaining, I was shifted to room number 109 on 07/08/2025. Then I checked out on 08/08/2025 and came back. I also told the reception that your service is bad. I will not ask anyone to stay at your place.

Property is good....Easy to reaching....fell comfortable....with staff behaviour very Happy..... location is very good

Rooms are not good and nature also not good all of whole staff and night manager not available at hotel .

Room is not clean, expired water bottle provided and bed covers was dirty. i was disappointed to find the room

The TV in the room was not working, everything else was fine, I hope that the next time I go there, I find it fine

everything is fine, the location is good. Hotel staff is very kind and supportive. But room is not sound proof. Some guest noise are coming in midnight.

The hotel staff is very good. It was a very good experience. We will continue to stay in this hotel in future too, especially the manager rajendra ji whose behaviour is very good. His nature is very good, the food is very good, the cleanliness is very good. The staff is cooperative, they have to take care of everyone.

Am writing to express my concern and frustration regarding the unresolved issue with my current stay. It is disappointing that the responsibility for addressing this matter seems to be unclear. Despite our attempts to address these concerns with the hotel staff, a satisfactory resolution was not achieved. This experience has undeniably affected the quality of our family trip, and we believe a refund is justified given the circumstances.

Room ambience is good, services are good, but non veg food not available, very near from agra fort railway station

The hotel accommodation, linens and bathroom was unhygienic and pathetic.

The hotel and it's room was in a pathetic state. Lynn was very bad. Bathroom was very dirty. Towels provided were stinky and torn. Tea kettle was stinky. Open electrical wires and broken switches. Bathroom pot and wash basin was unhygienic. Overall horrible state and looks like a slum room.

Excellent play to stay, staff is cooperative and polite

Well the property has high potential but the management isn't doing well. The rooms was okay but he toilet, can't imagine. I preferred using the public toilet instead. All flies and germs were visible. It was just a night and i checked in late so i went on with a compromise thanks
