Very very poor condition, hotel me saf safai bilkul bhi nhi thi pine k liye ek botle pani bhi nhi diya . Pani bhi out side se lana pda or room me proper ventilation nhi hone ke karan hotel change krna pda. Towel , soap tak nhi diya. Blanket pura gandaa tha. Bed 🛌 ganda hone ke karan puri body par red rashes ho gye. Meri life ka sanse bad experience

In hotel room no hot water room is very small and washroom is very baad specially the blanket is very bad smell.

Room is very small with dirtiness. Bathroom is very terrible.

Very bad service very bad people's were there and they were misbehaving also speaking rudely.
Manager was rude staff was very rude i did a booking and then when i reached there they told me that there is no booking i showed him the ticket but they told me that we have closed lines so there is no booking after debating him for around 1 hour he checked in his system and then told that yes there is a booking and the room which they gave us was like terrible it was very small even we were not having space to move in the room for going was room also and noise were coming from all the sides of the room very bad service the manager was trying to get sarcastic with me and was misbehaving with us

Very bad condition room, blanket and bathroom, staff behavior very bad.
This hotel staff behavior was very bad and which room available me. Room condition is very bad and blanket damaged and dirty, no room heater no water bottle or manager not to agree that my room is booked and waiting me 3 hour.

If Bengali food available, it will be better.

Room is very small and dirty, very bad smell. Hot water not coming properly. Bathroom not good.

The food is bit good their and water is not proper.

There is minimal facility at the hotel .. Also the receptionist was giving creepy looks to the females who were travelling with me .. It was one of the worst hotels that I have been to.

In basis of money good hotel. All food are available around the hotel. No problems. Hotel manager gives extra time in my out time but hotel water is not good for Bath but drinking water he provides is mineral water.

I booked room on 12th sept for 23rd sept when I reached there, there were no room available after that they some how managed to get 1 room which was I think not in use. There is no T. V ., no WiFi its just waste of money.

I arrived at 7 pm Location is easily reachable auto from Agra isbt took 100 rs and about half an hournto reach hotel is in baluganj area. Room quality is not good. Very bad cleaniness. Bathrooms condition is also not good. Average quality service with value for money. Not recommended for family.

It was very nice to stay there, Jamaal is also near the hotel. Room was neat and clean and service was also good. If you are going with family or you are couple, must visit. Ola cab guys also take 5 minutes to reach hostel after booking it.

Good it may better some of more work like WiFi and hot water for winter. But the room service is good and it may have some more food items needed. But all the steps are good. But they may some more work for wsh room and toilet. Thanks
