I stayed for 2 nights & Visited Lord Krishna's Divya Desam temples , Very nice hotel to stay, good hospitality, good food, NH approach , over all very good

Terrible experience in worst hotel, unhygienic room with rats inside room. Hard water supply, you can’t take bath and brush your teeth. Monkeys were using swimming pool and management were hiding the truth.I will request to MakeMyTrip management to blaklist this hotel.

Hotel facility is very poor. I m very disappointed from this hotel stay in mathura

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The food was delicious, The service was outstanding—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, a comfortable experience. Highly recommend.

overall experience was good 👍 but they need to supply RO water in the TAPs as the taste of water will salty.

Don’t even think to go with this hotel 1. Too much smelling rooms and bathroom 2. Water issues in the hotel even after taking bath u will feel smell in ur body. 3. Requested staff to change the room and they listened only after shouting 4. Struggled to get during water also 5. No aminites working like shower tap in bathroom, TV was not functioning, Electric switched to charge ur phone, Swmming pool not functioning, drinking water issues, too much mosquitoes in hotel and room, parking issues. 6. My son got skin infection because of water problems in room. 7. Too much mosquitoes in restaurant as well. BE CAREFULLLL….

We booked hotel for 7 person.. room size and room service was good.. cleanliness is also good but mosquito problem was huge.. location of hotel is on highway but it surrounded by slum area.. food quality is very good..

I had a great stay at The Mystic Palms. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay very comfortable. The washroom was equally clean and stocked with essentials. The food was excellent, with both breakfast and dinner offering a good variety of delicious options. The bar area had a nice ambiance, perfect for unwinding in the evening. Overall, the hotel provided a great experience with top-notch cleanliness, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

It is a good hotel. Food was very good and location is good on the highway with good parking. You should book taxi or auto to take u to mathura and gokul site seeing

The water in washroom was not usable, it was stinking and not at all suitable for skin. Rooms were not clean. The property is good but they need to have good maintenance in place. Food was ok but compared to hygiene and taste it was overpriced. Restaurant was also not good. Towels were stinking, bedsheet was not clean.

Stay is completely osm well cleaned and friendly stap here in hotel the place is well connected with highway.

The hotel location is good. However it needs good management. It has all the right facilities at the right place but it tilts more towards a party lawn adjacent hotel than a premier hotel. The swimming pool is not well maintained, the bar was non functioning due to renovation. Lifts were not working. Very interestingly same room key opened 2 rooms that we had booked. There were very very limited condiments in the room. But if managed well its a great property in the making
