Overall pathetic experience with this hotel majorly because of receptionist staff. Basic things were not available in room & even not provided after follow ups.

good option under the given price band , all major tourist attractions are near by and hotel staff is very polite and helpful in nature. In an all a good experience.

Food is miserable, breakfast that was served was not just sub standard but inedible. The fruits served were unripened and sour. Never have I eaten Idlis so huge in size and so dried in texture and taste. Served with Toor dal (named sambhar) , breakfast tasted so much worse. Make sure you carry your own water, else you will be charged to be humans who need to drink water as basic necessity. For 5 guests staying at the place, I was charged for even 2 Litres of water. How reasonable it is to have 2 litres of water served in the room for 5 persons. Roomr fine compared to some of other hotels around.

Overall, a very nice experience hospitality was good. In fact, excellent food was also good suggestion that they can improve, improve the dinner buffet, although it was nice.

Location is quite approachable to Agra Cantt, Agra Taj Mehal and Agra Fort. Room was very neat and clean, hospitality was good. Food services and quality is good. Overall I along with the family had good experience staying here.

The hotel room and hotel was neat and clean. Very near to mall, restaurants and very close to metro station. Even when I requested for early morning breakfast at 6.30 am rather than 7 am usual time, they agreed and provided me. And the staffs very quite helpful. Breakfast was also good and fresh with good varieties to choose from. Overall nice experience, unfortunately couldn't stay longer days as I had onward journey.
