Hotel Taj Resorts

The rooms were very small and shabby. Not worthy of calling a resort . Wouldn’t recommend it at all.

It is a small comfortable hotel, with super good staff. The room and food were good. Happy to recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay at Taj Resorts, the rooms were neat and clean, the staff was very polite and courteous and cooperative. The food at the rooftop restaurant was very good.

Excellent stay, courteous staff nice ambience

While the Hotel is very close to Taj Mahal and has decent services, room provided to us was awful. It had doors that wouldn’t close or would close and not open because the doors had jammed and while we asked for a room change, it wasn’t provided until we followed up the 4th time. Water in the taps weren’t hot either and the condition remained the same even after someone coming to check, it’s became mild at best. Overall a poor experience.

Food was below average in hotel Taj resorts Agra. Rooms were average, bed was small.

The ambience was good..but we faced some problems like the ac regulator was not working properly..while we were booking you did not mention basement level rooms..which was a bit suffocating while ac was not on..

location is good. You can see Taj from the rooftop.Live music with candlelight dinner is added attraction. But,rooms are small,wahroom is messy with water.

Excellency location and customer oriented staff. The food options are limited but the food is delicious.

The room was very stuffy,no window with no sunlight. It was underground. Breakfast was also of average.

Room was spacious, the amenities were also fully functional. Hospitable staff. Great view of The Taj Mahal from the terrace. An overall great experience!

The stay at this is up to mark. The receptionist was very professional and helpful. The breakfast had very good options. everything about this place was Good. Location is 10 min walk from taj Mahal. But there i just had one query when we went to have dinner at the rooftop restaurant . I was disappointed of the behavior of the roof top staff members. We sat there half an hr then also there was no one to take our order. The staff were attending tables near to us especially foreigners. I felt same sort of disparity. But the food was nice (grilled chicken). The staff in the breakfast counter were very professional and they also asked on review of the food that I felt very good. Overall very good place to stay .

This hotel location is just amazing and you must attend their rooftop restroom for best dining with great view and all services of this hotel is very good.

Taj resorts is nice place but room in the hotel to small, therefore the price is very expensive , hotel staff is nice

Door of bathroom and main entrance of room was not working. Even one time I got trapped in bathroom then mechanic had opened that.

Super service given by them and overall my experience was excellent. That property worth the value of money.

Location is heart of the city centre and hotel was good and staff also helpful overall a hood stay and preferred for family stay also

Great stay, very cooperative staff & food is really great. Also live music at midnight & enjoy the food along with music.
