The property How it looks in pics it doesn't look like that.. room lock is not working ac is not working properly.. we don't find hand wash or soap in bathroom we used our personal soap.. blanket is not cleaned.

We Booked Ticket On Make My Trip.It's Around 3KM From Taj Mahal.Rooms Are Nice And Staff Is Too Friendly And Polite. Washrooms And Bed Is Clean And Hygienic.

When I reached the hotel with my family, the hotel people did not know that we had a booking. I cleaned the rooms myself. Washrooms were cleaned and then checked in with my family. All this work took 1 hour and we reached the hotel at 2 am after a long drive. Even after cleaning, everything was very messy, the smell in the washrooms and the leakage was also there. There were no rooms at all in the same pictures. That's why AGR is going to Agra with his family, so don't consider the hotel Vishal Palace...

Room was not good. Firstly, they have given a shabby room, then on request room was changed. No drinking water ( even complementary ) was given. No hot water in morning. Blanket, pillow were on dust. Even location of hotel is not correct on make my trip.

the room service at this hotel was extremely disappointing. we had to request basic amenities like towels, hot water, normal water, and drinking water every single time. to make matters worse, the room was not clean at the time of check-in, and the bathroom was in a terrible state—dirty and unhygienic. the plumbing fixtures, including water taps and flush, were non-functional, which added to the frustration. based on this experience, i strongly feel that i will not choose this hotel for my stay whenever i visit agra in the future. i kindly request you not to recommend such hotels in your search feeds.
