Wingston A TreeHouse Hotel, Mathura

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely warm, polite, and always ready to help. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy during my stay. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the service at the restaurant was outstanding. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay and would love to come back again.

Very poor and not hygienic food i get and from this tomorow i feel acidity and after taking medicine i get well

When we reached there. Room was not clean. 2. They have given room on second floor & in the late at night there was sound like something drilling above us. When I called reception they said its AC plant. Not so cool experience. Even when they charge like a five star property. Not worthy as per price they charge

Upon arrival, I had to wait for almost two hours, and there was no arrangement for basic hospitality—no one even offered water during the wait. The in-room refrigerator was non-functional and appeared to be kept only for show. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken, which was extremely inconvenient. Parking was also a challenge, with a wait time of 10–15 minutes due to a single entry and exit point. To add to the disappointment, the food quality was very poor and did not meet the expectations set by the listing. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure better experiences for future guests

Hotel is new. But toilets are choked and water does not drain out properly. You have to keep asking the team to provide services.

The hotel lobby is nice and big. Lifts are are old tatty. Rooms as well old with dirty marks in corners. Bedsheet not clean. Bathroom mat not there. Service pk. Asked for the tv channels to be set but no-one came as the first guy who came did other stuff that he could like replacing the kettle(not working initially, provided with hangers, and mugs. But for tv no one came. Breakfast nothing to write home about ok. Service good. Waiter named geeta tried to please resturant not good. Try to avoided if you can for the money they charge thinks could be better

Local hotel. Hotel on dasani road. Amenities in bath very poor quality and no hair oil and dental kit and shaving kit and no talcum powder. No fruit basket. No hot water in room tap in early morning hours. No one pickup phone at reception as all employee sleep

The property is good, but the services are horrible, it`s not about 1 staff, the entire staff (excluding security) require training, they are very bad, i have never had such bad experience.

Frequent power cuts, toiletries were missing, hot water available only in the morning for some time.

Access road to the hotel is small and busy staff were friendly. Linen were not up to the mark.
