i would like a complete refund back , the hotel was a total night mare with terrible experience, dirty washroom with toilet dirty with shit stains, pillows were stinking and dark brown in colour and sheets were with bed bugs , towels were torn and looked like some beggars towel and they rate their hotel 3 Star , rather they should called it 3 Star beggars hotel, i want an apology and my refund back , will never step into this place in my life and will not recommend anyone to stay here. please get back to me and I want my refund as they would not do it , had to forcibly stay without any choice . i haven't slept a single minute, i have terrible body rashes on my legs and need to see a Dermatologist at the earliest.

The app shows one room but there is another. This is a big scam. A way to trick people into believing it.

Location was very nice for me and everything was easily available nearby in front of it there was market also so you can buy anything you want

Hotel is located in Panjim city nearby municipal market and walking distance to the main road, breakfast was ok and service was poor.

Didn’t like room and restorant is always closed staff is polite but didint like the parking space no space for parking

Pros: The Location is very convenient. The reception and the staff are professional. The hotel is neat and clean. Cons: The construction and furniture is very old. Overall: Ok for a short stay of 1-2 days.

This is an expensive hotel as per the standards here. The bathrooms and rooms are all rubbish. There is no kitchen or room service here. You won't even get an extra bed. Overall, staying here is useless for everyone

no amenties in room, foor quality of food and dining hall very poor condition no prpoer housekeeping and its not worth 3000rs

while booking showed it is superior room with 144 sq ft... but when I checked in it was so small that only walls were beside me. next time please don't see pictures shown
