Terrible Stay

The reception staff over there was very rude and asked me to downgrade my room from premium suite to super deluxe. Food was not upto mark and there was a lack of cleanses overall . Room was totally different from what i had seen on Makemytrip profile. If there is a possibility of giving zero star then i would have choose zero 0️⃣ rating for this Hotel sun grand And restaurant.
