The stay at hotel dream comfort was terrible, not a clean washroom over there, tv was not working room was in pathetic condition there was no double bed available to sleep in the room, which made my stay very uncomfortable the hotel supervisor called me to give me landline number to facilitate but no landline was available in the room. Hot water was not available. Water tap was broken

Sorry sir for your experience You have some mistake , our locality is near to Taj Mahal so it’s not a red light area . In this area there are more then 500 hotels and the maximum tourist stay in this particular place

I have not expected this kind of properties are managed by makemy trip. I am upset with you. How come review for the property shows exceptional mmt. No cleanness is bad order of room is bad. Ac is not at all functional. Very bad experience. However property owner is so cooperative.
