The location was ok, but food at morning wasn't worth, the hygiene factor was almost zero, spoon started rust. Very poor service, room on 15th Aug was not cleaned, no change of bed sheet. washroom flush was not working, no tea maker kettle provided at room. dental kit was denied, washroom tab was out of order, water was coming from all the places and moreover was room water drainage block hence water came at room The lo

Our trip was really disappointing. We felt stuck in the room just because we had already paid for it. There were insects, the washroom was smelly, and overall it was an unpleasant experience. It was good stay. Price of Hotel is also best. Room size is good and Washroom was good maintained. Staff were cooperative. Location was very good and near to Tajmahal

Very bad experience in hotel hotel manager had very bad attitude toward his name May be Nilesh not confirm about name as don’t want to remember, I will never recommend to any one and food was third class ... not recommend to any to go there for even once , bed also in bad condition

everything was not available at point like no cups and kettle no new Toletires and the bathroom pucks were lose.. need you maintain little hygiene

This hotel had good amenities and hygiene was also good, everything was clean. Location was also good , only concern was timing of food delivering on our room , food was also good but we got it late.

The checkin was smooth and easy and the room was upto the mark and as showed in the pictures, the bathroom was also nice and clean, only issue was that some towels were in bad shape and we're untidy. Everything else was very good

The property has a fantastic location, very close to the Taj Mahal and Red Fort — perfect for sightseeing! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Amenities like Wi-Fi made the stay even better. Highly recommend it for a relaxing and convenient trip to Agra

Room was good. TV remote not working. Toilet hand jet spray holder broken. Toilet flush push button broken. WC plastic cover broken. No towels in room at check-in Have to personally go to reception to ask for towels. Breakfast served cold. Tea was like sugar water. The telephone in the room had a disturbance and bare minimum sound.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The place was filthy, poorly maintained, and clearly run by staff who don’t care at all about guests. The room smelled like mold and old smoke, despite it being advertised as non-smoking. The sheets were stained, the bathroom was disgusting, and there were bugs—yes, actual bugs—crawling around. The staff were rude and dismissive when I brought up these issues, and the manager was completely useless. It felt like they were doing me a favor just by letting me stay there. Noise levels were insane, and sleep was out of the question. This place should honestly be shut down. It’s a total scam for the price they’re charging. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here—even sleeping in your car would be a better experience.

Average.No room service or help for any issues.You manage with what u get.. But they listen to you politely.. prefer if you are going to stay as group or solo for a night..
