Review Of Hotel SMR Palace-Rooftop - view Taj Mahal

Food is too costly compared with price. Water scarcity, in 48 hours We need to request four times that water is not coming in bathroom. Poor bathroom maintanence. Over all not satisfied.

First of all when we check in they didn't give us the booked room and most of the room are not working there ac didn't work.Too costly and too much electricity problem most of the time there is no electricity.

Room was not ready when we reached there. It took 45 min.to get it ready although we reached 8 hours late from our check in time.Our check in time was 2 p.m.and we reached at 11 p.m.No dustbin was kept in the room.The condition of washroom was bad.Lock of the room was not working properly.Order meals were served very late after placing it.They were charging 40 rs.for a bottle of water.I will recommend to noone for this hotel.R Room was not ready when we reached there. Staff behaviour is very good. Staff respect,honesty, communication,and team Work. Room very clean so good smell. Washroom clean. I can stay this hotel very comfortable.

Bad Room Service, Unclean Rooms, Didn't Give Drinking Water and Soap after Many Times Reminder, Disappointed.

The room that was shown to us was not given to us when we told the receptionist that i’ll be using mmt to book the room (on discount. The room that i got had no telephone or wifi working. They also refused to provide few toiletries. I don’t have images

No fan , cigarette smell, no dustbin, there was a big hole in toilet wall . very poor , we had a terrible experience, the fun thing is they asking 5 star rating while we check out

location is fine but rest is terrible 😔 worst stay till date.room was very smelly.bathrooms were in v bad condition.we saw three rooms to change all had some or the other problem. kisi me fan nahi to kisi me bathroom taps nahi kisi me pani nahi.we would never recommend.breakfast was v limited and that too v late service.

service was not upto the mark. elevator was not working we were given 3rd floor room everytime coming up down with elderly people. i catagorically selected with lift but it was not working in smr hotel agra.

It was a terrible experience 😕 the attitude of the receptionist was so bad...she behaves like she owns the htl and letting us live for free If you ever go their unfortunately then don't ever take the room on third floor she will say that the room is same as all others and take the full charge but it's the worst

The overall experience was good. The hotel was at a good location with proper connectivity to nearby places.The service of the hotel staff was nice

It's good it's budget friendly. Location is very good. Very near from Tajmahal. neat and clean room and washroom. very friendly staff good service 24/7. I will recommend this is stay your family any stay and yes couples are coming here but still I recommend family cannesday and it's a peaceful place you can stay here no pollution no traffic noises everything is good here good food also

It was nice stay . Location is good . Rooms are cleans . Staff behaviour is nice . And it’s affordable also . So can recommend to stay if anyone visit AGRA .

Washroom was very stinky/unhygienic. When i entered the washroom it was smelling like a public toilet and the toilet seat was dirty. Otherwise the room was good. Everything was fine except the washroom.

The room was in a pathetic condition. The bedsheets and pillow covers were visibly dirty, as if they hadn’t been washed in ages. The bathroom was the worst part—there was a transparent glass wall with no privacy at all! To make matters worse, the washroom floor was waterlogged, making it impossible to use comfortably. The most disgusting thing The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I raised my concerns, they ignored me and even misbehaved instead of offering any solutions. I had to check out immediately because staying there was unbearable. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Do yourself a favor—never book this hotel! You’ll regret every second of your stay.
