Third class services... I had to call them multiple times for water bottle.. They responded very late... Ac was not properly working... Unhygienic place... Service Telephone was dead.. I will not recommend to anyone...

Stayed at the hotel for the day! Amazing service and safe! Elevator!!! Yay! Room was great! Had AC, Bathroom with everything working, shower, fan, etc.. Big screen TV, Fridge, guard service, daytime manager was very sweet! Loved staying here, Will choose again if traveling near Agra for sure 🙏

Our experience was very horrible. 1. The bed was used/dirty and we requested to change everything. The pillows were taken and again returned same ones. 2. Television was not working 3. Ac was not working 4. Power outage often and had to stay in hot sweaty room for long time during night 5. Bathroom was like old place. Did not feel like using the taps and restrooms. 6. Initially the service people welcomed well, later their attitude changed completely when we asked for more changes. Overall we did not like our stay in laxman resort. Very poor maintenance and poor customer service.

Very unhygienic and horrible place. Not recommended at all. The washroom is more like a haunting place, u have to think five to ten times before entering into it. Totally disaster
