Hotel Agra Grande by Goyal Hoteliers

The room was decent enough, but water was accumulating in the bathroom due to clogged drainage. Hot water is available only from 6 am to 9 am. Food choice is limited and quality is poor especially if you visit in a small group. They will abruptly force you to shift to a different hotel during your stay if your booking coincides with a much larger booking. In short, you are likely to suffer here immensely if you are an individual, a couple or a small group. And never pay for the food in advance.

3 rooms booked but at the time of check in only one room available .make my trip should punish them.

This hotel made my trip extra special. because the location was very close to the Taj Mahal. The staff ensured I felt comfortable and cared for at all times. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene was impressive. Great location, excellent service, and a pleasant overall atmosphere.

Humne family ke saath yahan stay kiya and honestly everything felt well-managed. Room spotless, bathroom sanitized, aur sab basic amenities available. Food freshly cooked tha and service speedy thi. Taj Mahal ke pass me hone se visit easy and smooth ho gayi.

poor service no support bad experience

it was really a bad, bad and worst experience. I will never going to recommend the hotel. I went to attend a marriage, checked in 4 PM, went to marriage at 7 PM. those 3 hours were worst hours. I reached marriage venue at 7:30 PM and first thing I saw that there was an adjacent hotel with Venue. first thing I did was to go to that hotel... took the room and check out from this hotel around 9 PM.... paid more than for 3 hours...... If possible I request MMT to refund my booking amount excluding taxes... Never believe on the images of Hotels

Stayed here for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. Rooms were spacious and clean, food was tasty, and parking was convenient. Staff were courteous and attentive. Great ambiance, high standards, and very close to local attractions.

Rooms kafi clean aur fresh the, staff friendly aur helpful tha, food quality bhi first class thi, location Taj Mahal aur main market ke pass ki thi, overall stay very satisfying aur smooth tha.

wrost experience i ever from my all stay.. location are good but rest all are bad.. no tea coffee maker in the room no hot water for bath..no any buffet system here.. dinner time two item daal and panner with chapati provide from out side..I booked with mmt..but in the end pay charges for mineral water and soup..Also the satff misbehave with me..I will strongly recommend everyone to avoid stay in hotel..

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The reception staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, showing no interest in making guests feel welcome. There were no towels provided in my room, and when I asked for some, it took hours for anyone to respond. The food was awful — poorly cooked, limited choices, and definitely not worth the price. To make matters worse, the foot mat was dirty and stained, which made the room feel unhygienic overall. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic comfort and service, but this hotel completely failed to deliver. I will definitely not be returning and would advise others to look elsewhere.

The Hotel lacks basic requirements of cleanliness and hygiene. There were cockroaches everywhere. Had trouble sleeping at night due to mosquitoes. The mattress was not comfortable as it was sinking too much. Food was ok but service was too slow. Could not even get evening tea after a tiring day as their Chef had gone out for some work. Location wise the hotel is on the main road and easily accessible.

I was bound to stay in this hotel for the 2nd time since it was my official tour and this hotel was close to my project site.. 1. The rooms were smelly Centralized A.C was not cooling well.. cigarette smoke from some other room was coming to our room maybe through the Centralized Air conditioning. 2. The room service and kitchen service was pathetic. They were more interested in catering to the birthday event that was going on in there hotel, then the in-house guest. 3. Room intercom was not working, we requested them for the morning tea at 8 a.m and they denied that since the staff was busy with the late night birthday party so the kitchen will open at 9.30.. the same was with the breakfast it took them almost 1 hour to serve simple aloo parantha.. and when we asked them dahi they served left over Raita from the last night birthday party. Overall it was not a pleasant stay on the both the times i have stayed in this hotel.

The AC was not working. No hot water in washroom. Had to ask for TV remove many times to the hotel guys but didnt get for 3 days. Cleanliness was not there. There was lot of dust and dirt beside the bed

Goyal Hoteliers in Agra was a great find. 24-hour hot water and parking, made it an ideal choice. The staff were accommodating, and safety was well-maintained. Appreciate the recommendation
