HOTEL NISHANT PALACE

The family rooms are big but cleanliness needs to be maintained. The toilets and room corners, carpets should be cleaned properly. The dustbin was broken, we complained but still it was not fixed. The management and support staff were polite and gentle.

The experience in the hotel was horrible. The photo given on the website was not matched with real . The room was not cleaned and not maintained hygiene also. The dene supplier was in leakage in the bathroom. They only follow up for a given review after checking into the hotel. The Manager was rude. Don't try to understand the matter. Not suggest.

Hotel room toilet are neat and clean, food are very expensive and Limited variety, location is ok near tajmahal and fort, I booked for family but its not fit for family cigarette smell in room also below hotel 2 private gyms loud sound come from early morning 5 am you can't sleep. you can't walk outside hotel at night as there many street dogs .hotel is suitable for solo traveller.

Good stay and staff. Deluxe room did not had enough space for an extra bed. They gave us a luxury room.
