worst experience i ever had from my all stays ....staff is also not co-operative there is toiletries and other things in the rooms and the so called deluxe room is one of the bad ones ....pillows and bedsheets are filthy as much ...there is no cleaning ....when i complained to the staff they said this is the room ....and you can do whatever you want with it ....accept or move .....and when i ordered coffee, they delivered to another room and when i called again they said sorry sir we have to make another one .... all the good thing that they have is nice and clean reception thats all although the gating staff is nice and polite

My experience with hotel taj heights was very good and rooms cleanness satisfaction. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended by me because we visit again in this hotel further. Thank you team taj heights

Taj heights is a good hotel for a family stay and good location near taj mahal and the food was excellent. My recommendation to all visitors to agra is to avail the services of this hotel once.

Stay was ok but the room service and ambience of the hotel was not good, i thought i was the only person who stays in the hotel, restaurant was empty there were no guest, apart from that toilets was not good they are not properly cleaned lot of dust stick on telecome

Stay was good, room was good, overall hotel was good, staff was good. Just breakfast was not upto the mark.

Amazing place to be food is amazing. Comfortable rooms mattress are not too soft which becomes uncomfortable. Staff is also very courteous. Must recommend to everyone in the perfect budget.

I booked hotel 1 month prior, and during check in hotel staff told us that there is no rooms available in hotel and they moved us in some other hotel, hotel that they moved is terrible and without any experience of hotel management. Not refer this hotel.

Overall the stay was good and comfortable

I was little disappointed with the stay i had in taj heights. I booked a deluxe room(225 sq-ft as mentioned in the description) on 08. 10. 2022 and i was provided with a small room hardly 120 sqft. And no amenities provided as no intercom facility, no har dryer, no toiletries and no ironing table and all ( these all were mentioned in description. Also in bathroom water wasn't coming and due to unavailability of intercom i had to step down to reception and call helper to resolve this. All together i was quite disappointed.

There was no toiletries and cockroch were roaming around in room everywhere. Room was not cleaned at all. . Bad smell was there. Towel were like low quality material. Which was sticking to body and that was no use

Yes. It was a nice experience stating in the taj heights as i really enjoyed my stay over there. Although their service needs to be worked a lot but ok it's a normal thing which i can easily understand about that particular hotel.

The hotel was average bathroom was not clean. Specially toilet seat. 2 rupees soap given at the name of toiletries. Worst service in that kind. No toilet paper present. No tissue paper in room. No drinking water provided. Won't recommend

At 1st when i reached hotel, they gave me room with 2 single bed separately where i booked double bed room for couple. Then they attached both beds together and side lamp came in the middle which was so uncomfortable. They had no towel in room, flush was not working, there were no water in the room and no glass. In short it was not very pleasant stay.

superb room. superb toilet. superb food. ac room was perfect. on road hotel. only 2km from tajmahal.
