Hotel Taj Plaza

room is very poor and his bathroom is totally damaged and in his bathroom There were may small insects.

location: 5/5 facilities: 2/5 cleanliness: 2/5 cost of food items: 1/5 (one omelette with 2 eggs: billed rupees TWO hundred; others also... exuberant costs) availability & promptness of staff: 2/5

No purified drinking water it was smelling like hell, washroom was also so bad no water and mismanaged, staff is also not so cooperative. Basic facilities like water soap towel was not provided

Room is good in condition, however they have not provided any kind of bathroom kits. Even they have not provide a descent towel, which is quite unexpected. However the view from the window towards the Tazmahal, which is very impressive.

Good enough experience for staying in the Hotel. Taj view from the rooftop is the main attraction of this hotel. Food is very expensive.

The hotel was so untidy, the sheets were very dirty, even the staffs when we reached and when we ordered dinner they sent extra items which we didn’t order but still made us pay for it.

very apt location,Taj view room Tajmahal is 5 minutes walking distance, not far away from agra fort/ cantt. railway station, restaurant is also very nice. Staff behaviour is very polite and helping. Enjoyed our stay at Taj plaza very much

The location of the property is wonderful, you can get taj mahal view from their terrace. They have neat and clean rooms and staff behavior is also nice. Food was average, Because of it I am giving it 4/5.

ventilation is not there A/c r not providing they r offering Air coolers so i advice them to convert Air coooler to A/C

its a ok just for stay, staff are good dont any trouble in hotel but hot water is not avilable in here

Toilet seat was not clean at all and pillow covers were very dirty. Hotel service is not very good it's below the average..

No hot water , no extra bucket, no spray Handel in bathroom, no WiFi ... food is over cost .. and room boy couldn’t help for luggage shifting they refused

In my case, the room allotted to me had a fan in poor condition, which was not working properly. As a result, the room became extremely hot and uncomfortable, causing great inconvenience during my stay.

The hotel had amazing view of Taj, amazing location. But amenities like wifi, soap, shampoo, lights, geysey/hot waweren't available or weren't working. when asked to fix wifi, one guy responds "wifi doesn't work with closed doors, you have to be in corridor for that

tv not working,ac not working and manager told me all these are working and maintenance condition so not working. overall iff we book online tkt the hotel staff not care guest.

Positive Points 1. I personally like the stay at the hotel Taj Plaza. 2. The location of the hotel is very near to TAJMAHAL. Just at the east entry gate of TajMahal. Which is very near (200 Mtr). 3. All Amenities were provided. 4. Room was furnished. 5. Washroom was neat and Clean. 6. Staff behaviour was polite and good. 7. Food facilities is there. Inside the hotel are two restaurants, one at ground floor and second one is at Top Floor. Food was also tasty and quality was good and hygienic. AGRA Cantt Railway Station is also at approx 6 Km. which not so far. Autorickshaws are always available infront of the Hotel. So Many restaurants are nearby available, which gives us options for having food at our own choices. Points not Negative but for Improvement: Only fews things need to be improved. 1. Old window Airconditioner was there, which was not cooling properly. 2. Toiletries must be provided, They provide only Soap. Suggestion: Location is very Far (Approx 12 to 13 Km) if you are coming from Mathura via Taxi or Roadways. Due to Heavy Traffic at City, the location is not easy to reach. Narrow streets are there in Agra. In that case it is better to book a hotel near the West gate. Conclusion: Overall Experience was very good. we can stay. The price is also value for Walkable distance to TAJMAHAL (200 Mtr). Near and Clean place.
