Toilet seat was not clean at all and pillow covers were very dirty. Hotel service is not very good it's below the average..

No hot water , no extra bucket, no spray Handel in bathroom, no WiFi ... food is over cost .. and room boy couldn’t help for luggage shifting they refused

In my case, the room allotted to me had a fan in poor condition, which was not working properly. As a result, the room became extremely hot and uncomfortable, causing great inconvenience during my stay.

The hotel had amazing view of Taj, amazing location. But amenities like wifi, soap, shampoo, lights, geysey/hot waweren't available or weren't working. when asked to fix wifi, one guy responds "wifi doesn't work with closed doors, you have to be in corridor for that

tv not working,ac not working and manager told me all these are working and maintenance condition so not working. overall iff we book online tkt the hotel staff not care guest.

Positive Points 1. I personally like the stay at the hotel Taj Plaza. 2. The location of the hotel is very near to TAJMAHAL. Just at the east entry gate of TajMahal. Which is very near (200 Mtr). 3. All Amenities were provided. 4. Room was furnished. 5. Washroom was neat and Clean. 6. Staff behaviour was polite and good. 7. Food facilities is there. Inside the hotel are two restaurants, one at ground floor and second one is at Top Floor. Food was also tasty and quality was good and hygienic. AGRA Cantt Railway Station is also at approx 6 Km. which not so far. Autorickshaws are always available infront of the Hotel. So Many restaurants are nearby available, which gives us options for having food at our own choices. Points not Negative but for Improvement: Only fews things need to be improved. 1. Old window Airconditioner was there, which was not cooling properly. 2. Toiletries must be provided, They provide only Soap. Suggestion: Location is very Far (Approx 12 to 13 Km) if you are coming from Mathura via Taxi or Roadways. Due to Heavy Traffic at City, the location is not easy to reach. Narrow streets are there in Agra. In that case it is better to book a hotel near the West gate. Conclusion: Overall Experience was very good. we can stay. The price is also value for Walkable distance to TAJMAHAL (200 Mtr). Near and Clean place.

Property's location good, food very good, amenities and services very poor. There is a need to improve amenities and services, if these improvements are made then the hotel will grow rapidly.

Room and bathroom are not cleaned properly. Bathroom bucket is very dirty after i talk to them they are changing . Don’t take any non ac room because fan working but no speed

I recently booked a hotel room through your platform, but the room provided was not as shown on your website. Instead of the room promised, we were given a different setup – 2 double beds and 2 single beds – and it was located on the top floor under a tin shed. The room became extremely hot, especially when the weather outside was warm, making it very uncomfortable for us. This kind of mismatch is disappointing and misleading. As a trusted travel platform, I believe MMT should ensure that hotels deliver what they advertise. I request your intervention in this matter and hope you take strict steps to prevent such experiences for future customers.

Easy transport. Easy access. Almost all the facilities are available. But the billing facility is not good from restaurant. They are sticked to offline/cash payment system.

good facility and good service all staff are so friendly. From the hotel the view of Taj Mahal is very beautiful.

The hotel was in good condition, and the staff was very supportive. Its location was excellent—just a short distance from the Taj Mahal. The restaurant offered good food at reasonable prices. The staff was also kind enough to provide a free cloakroom service for our extra luggage after checkout. However, the cleanliness of the toilet could have been better. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Apart from location of the property I didn't really find anything impressive.

Service is not up to the mark. People's behaviour is very casual and not attentive. Rooms quality is very poor. Frequency of service could be improve. Staff behaviour is very upsetting. Ac is noisy. Early check in confirmed upon arrival asking for extra money that wasn't mentioned before. Early check out charge is more higher than early check in charges. Location is great. No hotel amenities.

No geyser for bath you have to manage with normal water room condition is pathetic AC not working properly and most important is please carry cash for all your food orders. worst hotel to stay in that area.
