Review Of Hotel Bhoomivilas

Non functional property with under construction site. No staff or receptionist available, only one guard sitting outside the building

No water no ac construction is in progress 3rd floor so lot of dust washroom fittings are loose and water leakage no hot water not even door lock, used chairs in back side of door no kitchen kettle available but no milk powder, no tea bags etc just for show purposes worst experience

We didn't stay there due to very poor condition of the hotel. We immediately checked out of the hotel. The staff was arrogant. We want our full money back. If mm t don't refund our money we will never make any booking through mmt. This is our last warning.

Facilities are very bad at bhoomivillas. No proper exhaust. Smelly room. No proper cleaning. No cupboard for clothes

First of all i am greetful for apgreat our rooms and thanks for being so friendly, but for hotel my expectation was batter, their charges for rooms was high, but i've seen nothing like a 3 star hotels, they mentioned they have rooftop swimming pool but when i visited hotel i saw swimming pool was not working and rooftop is boa-ring like a old garbage, and room service is poor too because most of the time they didn't pick my phone and i had to come to reception for any needs. Hot water in shower is also not available, their dining area is poor quality and menu prices is like 5 star hotel, there's lot of difference in their hotel, services, and their dining menu. I was on vacation and spend 4 nights and 2 hotels in jaipur and ajmer, and i've got awesome experience in those hotels even they are cheaper than bhoomivilas, but i didn't expected that i will get this level service in bhoomivilas after paying almost dubbel amount than my past hotels.

Hotel is not on main road. Reception person was very rude. Maintenance of bathroom and other gadgets was not good. You have to struggle for hot water in bath, cable tv connection etc. Kitchen is poorly maintained and you will be asked to call your food from outside. Experience was not good.

As i booked this hotel after checkout all the images but all are fake, there is a swimming pool but not in working condition, i can see spider web inside the room wall, dirty fridge, no set top box connection this is worst experience i can see never recommend to anyone for this hotel please stay away this hotel

We were given a room that was not worth. Linen were dirtytowels were tornwalls were falling apartfoul smelleddenied dinnerunhygienic chairrotten wood with dirt all over the placeno toiletries. We were charged more than the make t value

Property looks new and located near to taj. But all appliances like ac and washroom faucets are old. Pool is only in pics, not operational rest staff behaviour is good.

Staff was good and prompt. Guided properly. Although hotel can still improve on a lot of parameters. Little smell. Of pest control was in the room. Rest everything was ok. Dont expect too much. Loaction was close to taj mahal. Thats a positive thing

Kitchen is not operational. Hotel authority is not taking order and not permitted to their staff to purchase food from other restaurants to customers. Also stated that to take or book food order from swiggy or zomato.

property is not good condition and price according facility's zero. Food quality very poor and rooms washroom not clean. Not follow any covid guidelines. Staff behavior normal ok but i am not satisfied hotel service and property. So i am all suggest you everyone don't visit this location.

No food, no restaurant. Location is great, front desk person was nice guy, rooms are too average and small, only good thing about this hotel is the location.

There were earth worms in bathroom, bathroom drainage is not working and the bathroom floor was flooding. Ac was not working properly

Very bad experience. From stay prospective - complete disaster. 1 star overall experience. Location is great. rest hotel is completely bad shape. You won't find basic things in rooms & breakfast is ala carte which i think you can skip & eat outside. Hotel from inside looks like a construction site as work is still going on.
