It was fantastic, very polite and sincere behaviour of all the staff. I haven't tried food but I have tried tea which was very good in taste and quantity. I recommend it to all who like to live in the best hotel at a low price.

The hotel uses old pictures to attract customers. The actual rooms are untidy. The sofa, mirrors all has yellow spots and stains. The washroom doesn't have jet spray. The staffs are uncivilised and has no sense of handling customers. I just went to the hotel, had a look at the rooms before check in and upon seeing the conditions I left. I had to book different hotel. When asked for refund, they harassed by saying if you want 5star stay in 5star. Don't come here. These were their words.

The bathroom was smelly. No water pressure in the toilet. Water drainage at the bathroom was not good. AC in the room was not working right. Overalll my experience was not good. I booked the hotel based on the review. Highly disappointed.

I booked the hotel based on ratings, which were high. However, my experience is very very bad. Smelly bath room, no proper drainage of water in the bathroom. Low water pressure, so toilet was not working right. Poor room AC. Only plus point was that the food was good. Overalll terrible experience. I will not recommend this hotel. Please also discard the pictures. I didn't take any pictures of the hotel. However, the site is not allowing me submit my review without the pictures

Over all exp. Was good ! but quibble is blankets were not cleaned properly and buckets should be cleaned !

Stayed overnight. Its an excellent cosy property with spacious and clean rooms. Great location and connectivity to transport hubs is an added advantage.

Hotel was good with reasonable prices. Staff was also polite and cooperative. Food quality was just like a homely food. For family would like to suggest as good hotel. One more thing, it's very close to agra cantonment station

The room was spacious but there was poor ventilation and kettle was not given for hot water and food service was not 24 hrs.

The location is good near to agra can't railway station. It is a walkable distance with minimum luggage. The food is good and also the services are good. The staff is cooperative and helpful

Although the room was spacious, there was no hot water in the bathroom. Even dust bin not provided in the room.

very bad condition of the room and the bathroom the exhaust fan in the bathroom was so noisy that entire night it was too loud because of that i couldn't sleep all night.

I can't even explain how bad was the place. It was like a trash can, room was smelling and it was hard to even breath there. Bathrooms were untidy and water pressure was very low, you can't even shower there. Very unhygienic. Rating on mm t and google can't be trusted anymore.

The room is not have ventilation, hotwater facility. They will charge for hot water. Food is okay. Location okay.
