The location of this property is unbeatable, right at the gate of the Taj Mahal, and the restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience. However, our room had several issues that impacted our stay.
1. The AC remote wasn’t functioning, leaving us unable to adjust the cooling.
2. The TV was non-operational.
3. The intercom was faulty, making communication with the staff difficult.
4. The shower tap knob was damaged, and there was no bucket or mug provided.
5. For a double occupancy room, we received only one dental kit, shower gel was a leftover one, which seemed insufficient.
6. After multiple requests, we received an electric kettle, but its short cord made it impossible to connect to any wall socket.
7. No bathroom floor mat was provided, which is a basic amenity.
These are all minor, fixable issues, but together they significantly affected our comfort. It’s surprising to see such oversight at a property in such a prime location. With a bit more attention to detail and proactive management, this hotel could offer an exceptional experience.
