when we entered the room there wasn't any bad smell. The stay was pleasant The staff was nice and helpful. They provided basic amenities in the deluxe room like hand wash soap toothpaste toothbrush towel coffee pouch dry milk pouch kettle geyser tea pouch and hair dryer. all facilities were so good drinking water was available hassle free check in. everything was impressive in that price

Amazed with the stay, we had booked deluxe double room, the room was a kittle compact but clean and fully equipped. The washroom was also nice and clean with toiletries provided. The location is excellent if you are looking for Place to stay near Taj Mahal, walkable distance to Taj Mahal East Gate. Also you get an amazing taj view from the hotel terrace. The main highlight for us was the in house restaurant, tasty and quality food.

The stay was quite comfortable and satisfactory . The standard of the in house dining food was worth the value of money . The best part was the terrace from which we got the direct front view of Taj Mahal.Most importantly , the room was hygienic and cozy and well maintained with good interiors . While we generally avoid public drama, we’d like to share a few facts for clarity. You arrived with a guest holding a local ID, which, as per policy, we typically do not accept. Still, we made an exception—going beyond what’s required—only to find you wandering into restricted areas like the suite dining zone, which is clearly marked for staff and authorized guests only. When our team checked in with you during your comings and goings, it was not harassment—it was standard security. But it seems courtesy was mistaken for inconvenience, and rules for rudeness. We believe in treating guests with respect, and we expect the same in return. While we happily serve thousands of wonderful guests, those who ignore basic decency and guest privacy protocols are not the kind we aim to impress. The location of this property is unbeatable, right at the gate of the Taj Mahal, and the restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience. However, our room had several issues that impacted our stay. 1. The AC remote wasn’t functioning, leaving us unable to adjust the cooling. 2. The TV was non-operational. 3. The intercom was faulty, making communication with the staff difficult. 4. The shower tap knob was damaged, and there was no bucket or mug provided. 5. For a double occupancy room, we received only one dental kit, shower gel was a leftover one, which seemed insufficient. 6. After multiple requests, we received an electric kettle, but its short cord made it impossible to connect to any wall socket. 7. No bathroom floor mat was provided, which is a basic amenity. These are all minor, fixable issues, but together they significantly affected our comfort. It’s surprising to see such oversight at a property in such a prime location. With a bit more attention to detail and proactive management, this hotel could offer an exceptional experience.

Excellent location, you can view taj mahal from your balcony, please taj view rooms. The rooms are fitted with very modern amenities generally available at 4 or 5 star hotels. Staff behaviour is very good and they are very helpful. Recommended for people who want to enjoy the view of the taj mahal from their balcony while sipping a cup of tea or a glass of wine.

Taj View Cell (not Villa)!!

The Taj View Villa rooms are actually decorated attics in the Hotel Vacation Villa. The room is crampy with an overall size of approximately 100 Sq ft, with the bed being the only seating space. The space around the bed is not enough to walk around without bumping onto something. The only silver lining is the wonderful Taj view from the roof in front of the room. Overall, the room is waaaay overpriced at its booked value of 6090 (with breakfast) and it should be termed as 'Cell' rather than 'Villa', with an acceptable price in the range of 3,000 to 4,000 at maximum. One of the staff dropped food on the floor while providing room service, as there's no place to keep the plates properly; and was reluctant to replace the same. The room has a glass outer wall, with a flimsy auto lock, which was malfunctioning quite often, and monkeys were frequent on the rooftop adjoining the room itself. Lastly, the term Complementary Credit of 500 INR, as written on the room policy, is confusing and misinterpreted by the hotel owners.

The Taj View Suite Rooms were the best , however the Family Room was disappointing, was getting fowl smell like rotten drain , had to use an air freshener and survive for a day . only dome of Taj is visible due to nearby construction
