Very good hotel in a budget stay. Near to all major sites seen. Breakfast was limited but good. What I don't like in my room specially wash has a glass door only without lock

Good rooms better room service

Place/Location - nice. very good infact. it was close to our venue of interest, conveyance available readily from here, food shops available nearby. Rooms - too small, not what shown in the photos, brought it up at the hotel reception during check in too, they said it is same room but looks bigger in photos posted online. So called upgraded mughal rooms were small and suffocating for someone with even a bit of claustrophobia. we therefore opted for the ones with windows roadside instead.Had to change rooms twice. Flush was not working in one room. Tb was not working in another. The lock was not working in one, informed to a bellboy, but no response from reception, not sure what happened there, had to spend time in that room only. Amenities- mentioned too many online, not available. spoke to them then they agreed to provide kettle and dental kit. we had to ask for it, which seemed unprofessional on the hotel management part because it was our first time staying in a hotel and having to tell them what should be provided in the rooms. Iron not available even in request, wash and pressing available paid service though but have to give clothes prior and get it back hours later. cover blanket was torn and unclean with spots. Hairdryer was made available on request. One kettle for two rooms was provided on request. The hallway lighting is too dark and shady, those can be changed keeping in mind especially how conjusted that area already is. Service is kind of slow and lagging. the order needs to be reminded often and is fulfilled halfway in various ways. service - slow, lagging, felt untrained. the reception was polite enough though but we were so done with the place really, it was not what we expected in the amount of money spent.

Location was good but properly needs rooms maintenance

Very bad experience. TV not working , Hotel phone was not working , only location was good .overall rating 10/2

I have never stayed in a worse hotel than this. location is good but the rooms are shitty. I was placed on 4th floor room. the flush in the washroom was not working which i complained about so they moved me to a much smaller room and even that washroom's flush was barely working. no curtain in shower, if you have to take bath whole bathroom will become wet. no window in room, very small unhygienic smelly room. won't recommend at all.

The hotel service was very bad and not upto the mark. They didn’t have hot water and i have to take shower in cold water. The room was not clean, there was very bad smell, dust all around, taps were not working in bathroom, there was no toiletries included.The behaviour of the staff was also bad Only good thing was the food in the hotel And else everything was garbage

Service slow

It was the worst experience to stay in amar yatri niwas. I was about to report it in local police station. Following issues i faced- 1- i was staying in room 403 on day 1 in which flush was not available, door lock was not available. When i asked for these two facilities the hotel staff in night shift replied me to use bucket for flush and for door lock hotel management will open and close in need. I also asked him for double bed as it was mentioned king bed during booking but hotel has provided twin bed. Somehow i managed day 1 and requested hotel management to change room. 2- on day 2 room changed from 403 to 401 it was better than previous. 3- during check out hotel staff denied to provide bill and asked me to take bill from make my trip. Again i asked hotel to provide any stay certificate because i was on official tour and my company do not accept make my trip bill as proof of stay at hotel. Hotel staff start shouting on me and told me that he will kike out me and thorw out my luggage, i had decided to go to police station but my driver managed it. Since you asked me to review. It was the full story. The staff who miss behaved was in night shift duty that day.

Made a booking for two adults and a child, we reached at 11 in the night and the room allocated had two single beds in a cramped room. The bathroom had no hot water. Moved out of this dingy place the next morning

Bed quality and washroom amenities are not good. Less space. Flushing not working proper in washroom

Bad experience

Cleaning Not proper Bedsheets are in bad condition water taps are Not working,No Gyser ,Door Locks Not working, Blankets and bedsheets are not clean compacted room overall poor condition and charges are too high According to the room

Rooms are so stinky. Booked for 3 nights but haven’t stayed there. No one is there to listen for any of your complaints

Location is good, food and amenities are below average, they do not provide even half a litre of water bottle, bathrooms are not cleaned, parking is an issue there, they do not provide complimentary breakfast.
