HOTEL RICH GRAND NEAR TAJ MAHAL

Food was really great. I ordered for the first time but it was really delicious. Staff is amazing as it was my fourth or fifth stay in this hotel. As a solo traveller I feel safe and happy

Hotel staffs are very rude and cockroaches are in the room and they are calling at 10 am in the morning and asking that the checkout time is 10:30 am So you have to vacate the room immediately

Their exclusive rooms are just normal rooms, and they charge a lot for 1 hour of early check-in. And don't take a Cab from them the cab driver only wants commission from you by selling overpriced products from the shop

Hotel rooms was very good and clean. But in booking amenities hair dryer & dental kit is also mentioned but not provided. Rest all was good In restaurant tea was simple given without ginger /elaichi / tea masala.

The staff has no manners at all to talk to. Threatening the girl You don't know us yet. He just asked for a plate at 1:00 in the night.

I booked this hotel originally just for myself, and a day before check-in my boyfriend confirmed he would join me. I clarified with the staff if I could add another guest, and they told me yes, at no extra cost. However, just two hours before check-in, they informed me that I had to pay the full amount again for the second person. At that point, it was too late for me to cancel and book elsewhere, so I felt forced to pay upon arrival. Check-in was unpleasant — the staff were not friendly, the room was not ready, and for a “deluxe” room, the condition was very disappointing. The room had a stagnant smell, no slippers, no extra rugs, and I had to specifically request hand soap. There was no dental kit, and only basic shampoo and conditioner. The towels provided looked old and not properly clean. Housekeeping was also an issue. After a tiring day, we asked for our room to be cleaned, but nothing was done because I forgot to leave the key at reception — even though in most hotels, staff have their own access. There were no refills of toiletries or drinking water. The shower water pressure was extremely weak and took a long time to heat up. I’ve stayed in both budget and luxury hotels before, and I can honestly say this place is not worth the price at all. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Agra. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect for visiting the Taj Mahal.
