I liked here and I like it very much, I would like to come here once more, the facilities here are good.

Hotel condition was good .Staff also supportive but location was not that much good

place is good and the rooms are really clean. as a solo traveller I felt safe and the staff was polite although the pool was a little dirty so I could not use it. you should take care of that

I booked this hotel originally just for myself, and a day before check-in my boyfriend confirmed he would join me. I clarified with the staff if I could add another guest, and they told me yes, at no extra cost. However, just two hours before check-in, they informed me that I had to pay the full amount again for the second person. At that point, it was too late for me to cancel and book elsewhere, so I felt forced to pay upon arrival. Check-in was unpleasant — the staff were not friendly, the room was not ready, and for a “deluxe” room, the condition was very disappointing. The room had a stagnant smell, no slippers, no extra rugs, and I had to specifically request hand soap. There was no dental kit, and only basic shampoo and conditioner. The towels provided looked old and not properly clean. Housekeeping was also an issue. After a tiring day, we asked for our room to be cleaned, but nothing was done because I forgot to leave the key at reception — even though in most hotels, staff have their own access. There were no refills of toiletries or drinking water. The shower water pressure was extremely weak and took a long time to heat up. I’ve stayed in both budget and luxury hotels before, and I can honestly say this place is not worth the price at all. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend it.

My experience was great,the staff was polite and well mannered, my stay was with my wife and kid. Only powercut was bit abnormal otherwise they were amazing.
