The hotel was not clean and in the opposite side of the window pigeons were sounding the whole night and i could not sleep i made a complaint at the hotel reception but nothing happened

The name of property is wrong. It is cheep dirty lodge. Staff is useless stammering. Acs are broken, bathrooms taps are very filthy rusty, very slow water coming, dining is pathetic. It's a dharamshala not hotel, please remove your officials who is veryfing these properties immediately it is fraud and we have lost our monet. Money

Marble flooring is very cold during winters, so carry your own slippers. They take extra money to provide hot drinking water. TV channels don't operate. AC was disconnected. Price was high compared to facility.
