Room stay was good but I would recomend to keep A soap in bathroom and should include a one time use brush & small toothpaste as well. To be honest, food was not much appreciated. Food quality is very poor with lack of hygeine!! Kindly keep a good hygiene in food service.

Value for money. We were just there for few hours as we were in transit. Good clean rooms , extremely cooperative staff, good food and very warm hospitality. We had a very good time. Location wise this is just around the new Delhi station and extremely accessible..we could park our car right in front Neat and clean. Very warm hospitality with very good staff.

Private or commercial vehicles are not allowed to reach near hotel as it is very close to Tajmahal. Management and other staff are too good but maintenance of hotel is poor.

Location: The only positive thing about this place is its location. It is true for sure that this hotel is just a few steps away from the Taj Mahal East gate. Around 200mteres from the hotel near East Gate there is a barricade and no vehicle will take you toward the hotel. And from Amar Vilash Hotel it is around 800 m. You have to walk this distance to come to the hotel. Or you can wait for golf carts that takes Inr 20per person. Rooms: I was at 111. The room provides nothing. No wardrobe no clothesline. The AC outlet is just a broken pipe and the water drips right on your head when you use the sink. No television no phone. Bathroom fittings are extremely poor. Flush was not working well. Food: Food and hotel tariffs are overpriced because of the location but the taste is not good. As soon as you finish your meal the staff will keep asking you to pay. They knocked on my door even at night around 10 PM for the money and when I said I was already sleeping they still asked me to pay. Then I said I will pay tomorrow and the boy asked when. The next day in the morning around 9AM the boy came and asked me to pay. I felt like they were thinking I will not pay and leave. Reception: The Bengali speaking person was very good and helpful. He arranged for a person who picked our heavy luggage from hotel and took us near Amar Vilash. We left that day From Mathura. Summary: So if you want basic facilities then choose another hotel. And if you only prefer location then this place is the best.

Its more like a mini resort thats right next to the Taj Mahal exit - just 20 steps away. The manager and the staff are very kind people, who are very helpful. Five stars to them. The room was decent.
