First of all, I would like to say that I chose the hotel because of its location.
I faced many problems here and hotel staff attended the needs quickly whenever asked But, sadly it didn't turned out to be a pleasent stay for me.
One. my room's Landline was not working, complained after check in at around 2 pm. THEN we went out at around 5pm.
Came to know that Lift is not working. So, My wife with my 9 months old son and his bag, had to come down stairs from 3rd floor.
Luckily, I was already out for some work, otherwise It would have been very tough for me to go with stairs as I have problem in my legs.
Second. We came back around 10pm. googled the hotel reception number and called up for landlyn repair. They came, tried but not successful.
In the same process, I have to call on reception from mobile for many things again and again (like tea, Bottle boil for kid, Water for us, toothbrush, etc as and when needed)
Third. Finally at the time of sleep, we noticed there are lot many of mosquitoes. So, again called up for all out.
Best part was.. Whenever any staff person walks in, I asked him to get me anything.. he says - Sir, please dial 9, 250, etc for any help. then i have to tell everyone separately that Landline is not working.
finally we left at 6 am in morning because we were still feeling mosquitoes.
Fourth. At the time of check out, receptionist didn't even asked how was your stay, but stated telling normally that your landline didn't worked i faced much problem here but i was not expecting it from you guys.
But he just said okay. I thought it was not of much concern for him to say a words of courtesy regarding the same.
Then I left the place and decided (sadly, because I loved the location) to never visit this hotel again.
conclusively, take special care of every guest, these small small things effects the overall reputation in the mind of customers.
