Food was nice. Room faculties are bad..ac remote not working...bathroom door not working...bathtub watse....bucket and mug not avaibale

We had booked 5 rooms. We came in the morning at about 8 am and enquired if can get some rooms to freshen up since we have to attend an event immediately, the person at reception said right now I can only give you 2 rooms as it’s very early check in . He asked for 15 minutes. When we asked him after 15 minutes he said you will have to pay 1,000 rs per room for early check in (which was never conveyed to us in our first interaction). When I told the receptionist that he said oh you will have to pay now. Why could the have not told this earlier! This made the morning experience really Bad. The beds in the room were quite small. The good thing about the hotel was the breakfast and the staff there. The interaction with receptionist wearing spectacles was very unpleasant.

find the property location thru MMT message regarding the location link. Food is good. Amenities are kind of sort as swimming pool is under renovation and parking area is kind of short. Services are good. One extra Mark for cleanliness. Hotel location is very good and near to Taj Mahal.

They don’t have ready rooms and not offering water or juice while wait 15-20 mins. Not good food quality.

Hotel located near to Taj Mahal East gate...approx 750 mtrs. Stayed there with family...had a good stay except few things which needs to lookinto.. Thanks to Mr faizi (hotel manager i believe) for prompt booking and all arrangments. it's an old hotel with good location...Taj Mahal Dome is visible from there REVOLVING RESTAURANT....although it feels headache while having food there as every things feels like spinning while walking on restaurant floor.. welcoming front desk staff....very professional.. ready to make customers stay Comfortable .. Cons::-old rooms (floor 6 especially) need urgent maintenance 😫 dirty towels , pillows and mattresses need immidiate changeover (pic enclosed) from broken door Knob to shreding wall plaster to hanging wires are few things need to look into.. Staff is very cooperative and Helpfull although they expect tips (money) every time they provide something to you...(opening door, carrying luggage, room service, even at restaurant also) feels annoying some times... overall it was nice shot stay recommend this hotel for budget travelers and short time visitors

Cleanliness is the issue, other wise staff behaviour and food is good. First day got room in which tobacco was spitted on mirror and wall.

Great time with great staff and food. Helping sraff provided milk for my kids whenever required

The room and the ambience from the room was not good. A very suffocated room, there is no ventilation for fresh air. Just wasted of my money

The location is verge as a tajmahal visitor. But as a business traveler is a little far from the business center of agra. Food is v. Good room service is a little late

The hotel was very comfortable, the location was also very good, the rooms were also very clean and nice, the hotel staff was also very good. The restaurant design was very good, there was some new experience, the food taste was also good. Overall everything is fine, that's why whenever i go to agra, i would like to stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is clean, counter personnel is also accommodating and the foods are quite good who eat indian dishes.
