We loved the experience. The property, hospitality, staff, food - everything was perfect. They made my husband’s birthday really special- Room decoration and cake came complementary so Trident knows how to make their people special.

If you go with your family, pls don't miss this property. I updated the status in WhatsApp and every person asking to me the property name. Best one.

Breakfast was nice, I was expecting more variety though. We stets in Grand Mercure and their break was really nice. Pool was good though. The property was also really nice and staff was friendly.

It was a pleasant stay. Service was excellent and facilities well maintained. There is so much for your little ones to get engaged to and explore. Highly recommended for families.

My room was immaculately clean, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of options. I also loved the hotel’s convenient location, which made exploring the area easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting—would love to stay here again in the future.

The Staff of the property is exceptional ! Check in is very smooth, room service is prompt and the food is delicious. Location is also a plus point only one and a half kilometres from Taj Mahal. Looking forward to visiting the property very soon.

While our overall experience was decent, there were a few areas where we felt improvement is needed. Firstly, our bathroom had an outlet issue due to which water started accumulating inside. When we reported this, housekeeping attended promptly and cleared the water using a vacuum, but honestly, such a problem should not occur in a hotel of this standard. Secondly, the swimming pool did not have a separate section for kids. The minimum depth was around 4.5 feet, which makes it difficult for children to enjoy safely. A dedicated kids’ pool would definitely enhance the experience for families. We also ordered Chilli Paneer, but the preparation didn’t meet our expectations. However, when we mentioned this at the time of checkout, the staff immediately apologized and even offered us a 25% discount. This gesture was truly appreciated and showed good customer service. Overall, while Trident Agra has a good reputation and courteous staff, a few improvements in facilities and food quality would make the stay much more enjoyable.

Property is highly rated and food is superb and services is out of the world

Food , location and facilities was very good. But due to unintented locking of bathroom door by child, they charged me 5% for opening of the door. It is not acceptable. Also, no face wash was kept in the bathroom.
