rude receptionist
The receptionist was so rude at the time of check out. Refused to give the invoice, where it is legal requirement.

Terrible Stay
check in process experience was horrible we were denied for welcome drink, saying by hotel reception staff that it's too late night we can't offer welcome drink..... we requested for tea instead of welcome drink......staff said it's corporate business Hotel so tea is chargeable. any way begining was horrible n we had a bad conversation with staff........not expected this kind of behaviour from Holiday inn hotel........

excellent place to stay for business travellers
The state Holiday Inn was very good. This task was very supportive and Holiday Inn situated is situated in the heart of the business Centre that is Sanjay place which makes it more approachable and very close to the workplace.

Good Stay
Property is a bit old and in inner Agra, Food tastes very good but prices are touching skies. Facilities are ok. Also the room tarric at other new hotels like Saurya are quite competitive and lesser. Also these are comparatively new hotel.
