The room was in the worst condition , not properly clean & unhygienic toilet , They said no to RO water no LAN service to contact the hotel staff , In breakfast they have four options in which you can choose only. One 1. Bread toast tea ( No juice ) 2. Pratha achar tae (if you order curd charge-able ) 3. Poha tae 4. Puri bhaji tae Any other thing is charge able The location was on the road but ambiance of hotel was terrible

The property was very bad, very unclean. There was no service given. We had booked interconnected rooms. In one room fan was not working properly and in the other room ac was not working. After telling them they changed the room but still the fans were not good and there was minimal cooling in the rooms. We had asked for bottle of water when we came but did not receive it even after asking 3 times for it. The rooms were very unclean. There were hairs in the bathroom. The bathroom was also filled with so many mosquitoes which got filled in the rooms as well. We asked them repeatedly for a mosquito repellent but did not get any response. We had booked the stay for two days and there was loadshedding quite a few times. After 1 day even the water was not coming in the bathroom. It was a horrible experience. It is the worst hotel. Please dont get scammed and save your money. Stay away from this hotel. Even a daramshala or dormitory is better than this.

The stay was okay overall. The room was small and moderately clean. The AC was fixed at 23°C, and no remote was provided to adjust it. The bathroom was spacious, but drainage was poor, causing water to collect near the door. The best part was the location—it’s very close to the Taj Mahal, and you can see it from the window.

no one should go to book it... The hotel staff is very horrible... I stayed with my girlfriend in this hotel, they have written in the rules that local IDs are allowed, but the hotel staff forcibly made me check out at 9 in the night... and said can you stay ma'am, I asked why, they said it is ma'am's local ID... I tried a lot to understand but these people did not listen to a single thing... and I checked out out of compulsion... then at 10 in the night, we took a room in another hotel... I was very mentally disturbed because of this hotel... in life I will never go there again nor will I advise anyone else to book this hotel..

Worst Service. More concerned about money rather than service. As per the amenities old rusty kettle was provided, Taps are not working properly, Toilet is not clean, Hair dryer was not provided.
