Hotel Marwari

Hotel Marwari was a below average experience to stay at.. the rooms were not properly cleaned and the washrooms didn’t have towels and we had to ask for them!

location is very poor. In the middle of crowded streets. In the evening u will face long jams. Quality of the hotel is also poor. No customer satisfaction. Rooms not clean. Smell coming out of blanket. Slippers also not provided. No geyser. Hot water though provided in a bucket. It is more likely a Dharmashala than a Hotel.

My experience at Hotel Marwari , Agra is very terrible. The maintenance is very poor. No provision of changing bed sheets, towels , cleaning & mopping of rooms available at that hotel. Food will be delivered in room without any extra charges. Overall my rating is very poor.

well, the food was good, location was quite a bit calm, regarding the facilities, it was okay at most but would recommend them to take care more for the incoming travellers, they didn't do enough to sustain the travellers for longer stay for example, the washroom for non-attach was just a single mug. By the way, considering the location, prices and all the the hotels facilities was cool. Thank You to the Team, Make my Trip, it is always my pleasure to travel with you.

room was very dirty.Overall not a good place to stay.No lift.Bedsheet and blanket was not clean.Towel was not clean.Only shows free some free channels on tv.

Actually, the staff here is not coperative they actually don't clean the rooms and you'll get the same bedsheet and pillows as of he previous guest

The room was not clean and also the toilet was soo dirty 😡😡 rude behaviour and the food was very bad

First of all, we wanted a room with attached bathroom but a room without attached bathroom was booked for us when it wasn't even mentioned on the website. When we asked for a room with attached bathroom we were asked to pay extra upon what we had already paid. The receptionist was very rude, the room wasn't clean at all and the bathroom was the worst of all. There was no hot water 24/7. Overall, the room was very dirty and not what we had expected at all.

मैं होटल मारवाड़ी बुक करवाई थी लेकिन मैं होटल में चेक इन नहीं किया क्योंकि होटल फैमिली के लाइक नहीं थी हमारे चार रूम बुक किए थे चारों रूम 4 फ्लोर पर दे रहे थे और तुम्हारी फैमिली कोई सेकुयर नहीं था मुझे होटल बिल्कुल पसंद नहीं आई मैं होटल कैंसिल करने के लिए बोला उन्होंने होटल कैंसिल नहीं की और मेरा अमाउंट भी रिफंड नहीं किया मैंने दूसरी होटल में स्टे किया मेरे बुकिंग के रिटर्न नहीं हुआ प्लीज मुझे मेरा अमाउंट वापस दिया जाए

The hotel location is average and also there is less cleanliness. Rooms and the reception area are so dirty buy if you just want night stay only for halt then can be option in good rate.

There was no bedsheet, no pillow cover, the power supply of the ac was cut off, they did not provide the drinking water. I had to pruchase the drinking water. They charged 20 rupees per bottle for driking water.

बहुत ही बेहूदा और बत्तमीज होटल स्टाफ है बिल्कुल रुकने लायक नहीं है यहां के स्टाफ से बात करने पर आपका पूरा मूड खराब हो जाएगा पूरी ट्रिप पर आपका मूड सही नहीं होगा you can say #Moodspoilerhotel or staff पूरे स्टाफ को बोलने की बिल्कुल तमीज नहीं है
