Excellent Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The property is top-notch, with excellent amenities and a beautiful setup. The staff were incredibly cooperative and polite, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to help made all the difference. The food was truly delicious, and what impressed me most was the flexibility to customize dishes according to my preferences. The culinary team did an outstanding job! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect with excellent hospitality. Also they offer complementary commute within BKC which is a wonderful facility. All in all amazing stay, food and hospitality.

Special thanks to Sunaina Nath, who runs the show at the front desk and ensured my early check-in was seamlessly arranged; her attention to detail and guest care made my arrival effortless. Equally commendable is Paridhi Bhardwaj, who leads housekeeping with outstanding dedication. She proactively assisted me with a special request even a week before my arrival, reflecting her commitment to guest comfort. Under Paridhi’s leadership, housekeeping is usually flawless, and any minor lapses during this visit were rare exceptions. The Food & Beverage team is fantastic—Abir and Vipin both went out of their way to follow up on feedback and make every meal enjoyable, embodying a genuine guest-centric approach. My previous spa experience at Trident Hyderabad set a high standard, and while this visit’s spa session at BKC was challenging, my overall confidence in the staff’s professionalism and care remains strong. Overall, Trident BKC delivers consistent comfort, thoughtful hospitality, and a true feeling of being cared for. I am thankful to the entire team for making each stay special and am happy to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking warmth, excellence, and a worry-free experience in Mumbai!

Trident hotel is located in BKC just near to Jio convention centre and US consulate.The hotel has very good ambience and a wonderful pool and spa.The food was excellent and staff is very polite and helpful.

This is called complete Hospitality experience .Trident will take care of simplest issues like print outs ,drop offs etc and even if u forget something n their room they male it sure that it will reach back to your house .class apart

Food - I’m in love with the food at this property. Butter chicken, Malai tikka, their buffalo pizza is to die for and the daryagunj soya chaap too!! Location is apt for me and my partners travel time and area. Their hospitality, the staff and their warm and humble approach towards guests is absolutely amazing.

Staff at Trident is very warm and friendly. Our kids love the hotel and the staff always goes out of their way to make them comfortable and happy. Breakfast is lovely!

The location is great for corporate employees and for people who don’t want to waste much time being in the hotel and want to go out, since it’s right opposite NMACC and is close to Jio World Drive as well. However, the room size is decent and the hotel is good enough for a normal trip, don’t expect it to be like other Tridents nor a resort.

My stay at the Trident was very pleasant. The food had a good variety and was delicious. The hospitality was impeccable and I felt very well cared for. The room was spacious, had a lovely view and was well maintained. Customer service was top notch. Keep it up Trident 😍
