Excellent Stay
I had a great stay at ITC Sonar, Kolkata. The hotel is in a nice location and has a very peaceful and green environment. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious with lots of variety. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.Excellent food, courteous staff, and top-notch facilities made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Stay in Nature even though surrounded by most busy urban activities.
As such ITC Sonar always attracts me for its unique structure and overall planning of greeneries accompanied by abundant water and fish. This time breakfast went well without any hiccups. This time to avoid overcrowded dining space, I had gone for breakfast little early with my wife. Food was good. Enjoyed the stay due to spacious room with all required facilities.

Poor Stay
if I compare my experience to other hotels, I am convinced that I would book the peers next time. It was a mistake to book this hotel . I ordered for in room dining and the murg pulao was terrible, extremely oily; chef even forgot to put salt in food. next day when I shared my experience during check out they even didn't bother about my feedback. its only when I demanded to talk to the hotel manager, the matter got some importance to ITC. Manager talked to me and acknowledged the issue and weived off the charges. All I can figure it out that other than the top management rest doesn't care about the hotel. The breakfast menu was average. The sausages were half cut, no taste and looked re boiled. I found a small kitchen knife in room for fruits. For safety reasons, it would be good to replace the kitchen knife with a table knife. on a positive side, I must acknowledge that the room service and cleaning staffs were very cordial and helpful. if I compare my experience to other hotels, I am convinced that I would book the peers next time.

Excellent Stay
Had a wonderful stay at ITC Sonar Bangla. The hospitality was top-notch. Special thanks to Chef Hrishita for the delicious French Toast and the classic Mishti Doi. My daughter too loved the feeding the fish, and enjoyed the swimming pool. The entire staff was very courteous and delicious food made the stay truly memorable.

Best choice in Kolkata
It’s my favourite hotel , spacious, surrounded by lotus filled water body n lots of ares around to shake your leg . Rooms are very spacious, aesthetically done . Bathrooms are also specious, with bathtub n all other facilities . Complimentary breakfast is delicious with more variety than you would ask for . All in all , it’s the best choice on the rate I got .

Excellent Stay
Our stay atSonar was very nice and memorable one. The room having heritage property touch was unique one. Swimming pool was awesome. The ponds with variety of fishes, the lawns made a real luxurious impact. The dinner was very tasty specially misti dahi and chef was taking personal care . Cultural program in the evening was nice.
