Excellent Stay
We went to celebrate our daughter's birthday on 31st August 25, they upgraded to ITC One Suite on the 63rd floor , the house keeping staff are excellent, they decorated the room with balloons and served a complementary cake. We were late to check-in but instead of serving the complementary welcome drink they sent entire evening snacks as per our requirement in our room. We just gave them a call whenever we needed and they served immediately. The way they welcome from the on-boarding till the check out that's recommendable. One will feel the warmth at every step. We were very late for checking out but they didn't make a single call as a reminder. People are fantastic. The Ambience and esthetic decor is next level. So if you really want to treat anyone with the Royal experience then your onestop destination should be ITC Royal, Kolkata

Excellent Stay
Excellent stay and very courteous staff. Breakfast was awesome with beautiful ambience. Did not get time to use Spa, Pool or gym which we would certainly love to do on our next visit.

Poor Stay
It takes to late fir confirmation actually i purchased some items of minibar and i alredy paid it on at my room but on reception the told me that 6000 rupee is due on the room they takes too mutch time for confirmation around 45 min and my train missed after getting late .i travelled in general compartment for reaching my home.

Excellent Stay
Hey, I and my brother were visiting Kolkata for a conference at Apollo Specialty Hospitals and it wasn’t that hard a choice to book a relaxing stay at the ITC Royal Bengal. A property as majestic as the city of joy boasts, we had a wonderful experience at the hotel. We faced a minor cooling issue at night but the staff was kind enough to change our rooms twice in two days. I would like to extend my thankful regards to Diki (floor manager), Tripavan (reception help desk), Akash (bellboy), Dipyen (reception counter) and Simran (reception back end). The chefs at breakfast were kind enough to cater to our special requests and the food was delicious. Ate dinner at Avartana and the restaurant experience was beyond our expectations. We burnt out some calories with swimming at your pool and checked out your gym that had all the best machines. Thanks for having us. Will see you guys again sometime soon.
