Not Suitable for Families or Professionals – Poor Service and Maintenance
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and it seemed more like a place intended for short hourly stays rather than for families or working professionals. Room service was extremely poor, and the amenities were far below expectations. The bathroom taps were not functioning correctly, and the bedsheets were torn. Additionally, the swimming pool was out of service during my stay. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and professional environment.

I've had the pleasure of staying at Viraj Hotel twice, and I must say, the second visit was a completely different experience. Initially, I faced some issues with the swimming pool and delayed service. However, this time around, everything was perfect! The hygiene was top-notch, the service was prompt, and the garden area was beautifully decorated. The pool was clean and well-maintained. Kudos to the team for the massive improvement! I'd highly recommend this property and give it a well-deserved 5-star rating.

i had a pleasant experience at hotel viraj. the rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable. the staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. one thing that really stood out was the cleanliness—everything from the lobby to the rooms was spotless and well-maintained. a great choice for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay!
