Food- Average and Luke warm temperature which was a bummer. Flavors were average. Location- 10/10 Facilities- Telephone not working in the room. Room service took a lot of time.

This is the perfect hotel to stay a lot. Clean and maintained. Breakfast options were excellent and the gym is also worth using.

Poor Stay Experience

Clearly the occupancy is poor. Ac was not working for most days. Room had a very unplesant odor. Shower Water and shower had a weird odor. Linen was smelling mouldy and the room had a stench.

Anya hotel is a good place to stay. It's breakfast is very good and Gym facility is also available, but during my stay Swimming pool maintenance was going on. Staff is very good. It is near to Rapid metro station 42-43. It's price is very affordable amongst five star hotels. 👌👌👌

Below par and pathetic experience...

Below par experience. I saw this as a 5 Star hotel and booked it. When I landed I was told Bar, Swimming Pool and SPA are under repairs. They dont even serve alcohol in the restaurant. And then they shifted me to a new room on day 4 on 1st floor from my seventh floor room as they air conditioning has a problem. The new room on 1st floor is horrible with no hot water, water clogged in the bathroom, bathroom door wont work and such a small one compared to my previous one. Overall this is 1star or 2star experience with 5star charges. Very pathetic and I will not recommend..

This was the second time I have booked Earlier they provided me a bigger room but this time it was a smaller room with smaller bathroom obviously. I have asked them to change my room but the manager refused, saying it cannot be changed once allotted. Nice and clean bedroom though. Services as you ask. Breakfast was including my stay, they have live counter to serve anything hot. Buffet has sufficient spread but I think buffet can have more items, otherwise staff was courteous at the restaurant. Overall good. Will I book again.. for the smaller room size No, there are better options at same or slightly higher price but otherwise Yes.
