I stayed at this hotel and my car was badly scratched by the valet parking staff — the paint was removed and there were deep scratches in multiple places. I informed the management immediately, but there has been no response so far.

Good Stay
Hospitality and very good support from staff. Check in time is very late @3pm. Not experienced any food but overall very good location and Holiday Inn rooms plus amenities are impressive.

In room dining staff is extremely rude
They overcharged for in room dining during the stay and tried to put the blame on me at the time of checkout while settling the bills. As per them it was my fault that I didn’t check the bills as and when the food was ordered.

Poor Stay
Room is not clean , house flies roaming in the room , called house keeping team , they came after 30 minutes, beds also not comfortable, wash basin not clean and water drain not proper. Food prices in the restaurant are very high. Check out process also not very professional

Location was very near to my workplace near manesar MIDC. I really enjoyed food. Specially breakfast. Also staff behaviour and maintained ambience was excellent. I would always prefer the same if im traveling to Manesar anytime
