Good Property , New property , Gym & Restaurant is also good .... near to DLF tower .... room ambience is also good .... nice night view from room balcony

Stayed at Sunday Hotel & Residences, Gurugram for 2 nights — definitely not 5-star standard. Room had paint stains, damp walls and a dusty balcony. Bathroom smelled, jet spray didn’t work, and amenities were only for one person. In-room telephone was dead throughout the stay, which is unacceptable. Food tasted good but had no variety at all. The only saving grace was the staff — Sydney, Delmaris, Sumit, and Pealium — who genuinely tried their best. Management seriously needs to improve maintenance, cleanliness and service standards. The property has potential, but execution is far below expectation.

We recently stayed at Sunday Hotel, Gurgaon for a family trip and had booked three Duplex Executive Suite King Bed rooms. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated many aspects of the property, though there are a few areas where improvement would make the experience truly exceptional. What We Loved: Staff: The staff were sincere, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel comfortable and well looked after. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. Swimming Pool: The pool was clean and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax. Rooms: The rooms were very spacious, beautifully designed, and ideal for families. Interiors: The hotel has a modern and stylish interior that gives it a fresh and elegant vibe. What Could Be Better: While we truly enjoyed our stay, there were a few details that could be improved to match the standards expected of a 5-star property: Some basic amenities such as hair conditioner, body lotion, bathroom slippers, bathrobes, and dental kits were missing in the room. The balcony could have been cleaner, and the bathroom required a bit more attention in terms of housekeeping. We also had to make multiple follow-ups to get a few of these items sorted, which could be streamlined for a smoother guest experience. Overall: Despite a few shortcomings, Sunday Hotel has great potential. The staff’s sincerity, the excellent breakfast, and the spacious, modern rooms make it a lovely place to stay. With a bit more focus on cleanliness and ensuring that all standard amenities are readily available, this property can truly shine as one of the top 5-star hotels in Gurgaon. We look forward to visiting again and hope to see these improvements implemented soon!

It was nice stay , specially there rooms are very outstanding and room service is quite good

food was good but room service and front office dont pick up the calls we wait for menu for 40 mins and in morning dental kit is also not there in bathroom and after informing the bring dental kit 30 mins very poor service

Interior and room is amazing. Rates are amazing. Only thing that was frustrating was that the phones didn't work well.

Amazing stay, beautiful rooms concept. Very helpful staff. We were skeptical about the property as it was new and we heard it for the first time. But it was way better than our expectations.
