Review Of The Gaurs Sarovar Premiere

I have stayed in other sarovar portico properties before, never had such a terrible experience, this is their premier property, and yet the service was poor, maintenance is so poor that it looks like a 20 year old property although I was told it is only 4 years old, and the floor was dirty , tv did not work, cupboard lights would not switch off in the night, etc etc , sarovar type chains have management contracts and are supposed to bring in management skills of running hospitality industry efficiently, I think in the race to acquire more properties quickly the service suffers , I paid + per night, I think it was not worth the money

While check in I was being waited for more than 1 hour and again at the time of checkout I was being waited to clear the bills. Moreover no quality of a 5 star hotel i myself has to search for my room with my luggage all by myself.

I got warm welcome at reception & was offered mango drink. The check in was fast & the room was spacious The wardrobe was nice & the entire space was lively The room service was fast The breakfast was too good Would love to stay again

First of all we went to the poolside. There we had a good argument with the pool instructions and all and then 4 of their staff were standing on our head while we were in the pool with our family including ladies. Even after we ask them not to stand there. Second After calling multiple times for room cleaning and cutlery no one came to our room. I called them atleast 7-8 times in between 2 hours.

every thing was good only dinner options was less in buffet very neat and clean room and whole hotel

It’s a 5 star property, staff is good but the cleanliness and hygiene is not maintained which this hotel lacks and such properties should have the cleanliness and hygiene maintained.

Hotel rooms were spacious. Staffs were friendly. food had good quality. a total value for money.....

I booked a deluxe room,front view,king bed with breakfast. I was provided a deluxe room with non working Aircon.on complaint to front desk, I was being told there is no other room available, when I took the help of MMT,they disconnected their phone.Then I was been given a room with zero view[window was covered with non transparent sheet].I just stayed there 2 nights,dinner on 14th sep night,had too salty lintel,roty served after 4 reminders [almost after 20minutes]restaurant Manager was smiling on service. He came to room for signing the bill as it was not provided to me at restaurant and he was too rude. mamoni blankly refused me for upgradation,which I am entitle as Black Premium customer. so zero rating for Gaurs sarovar Premiere Noida.Pleasr don't book,and waste your money there,even washroom door did not had door handle

Rooms were very spacious and organised. Hygiene was up to the mark, staff was very kind and helpful. Would recommend everyone to have breakfast there

The room was good size. The food was good. The mat in the room was dirty with multiple stains and the wooden floor was sticky

This location is a nightmare. It’s a traffic jam magnet—I was stuck for over 2 hours just 700 meters from the hotel. I arrived frustrated and exhausted, only to be welcomed by a room that was downright disgusting. The hygiene standards are shockingly poor. The bathroom showerhead was covered in fungus, and the room looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in days. Food crumbs and hair were scattered everywhere. It was filthy, unhygienic, and completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
