Review Of The Gaurs Sarovar Premiere

I booked a deluxe room,front view,king bed with breakfast. I was provided a deluxe room with non working Aircon.on complaint to front desk, I was being told there is no other room available, when I took the help of MMT,they disconnected their phone.Then I was been given a room with zero view[window was covered with non transparent sheet].I just stayed there 2 nights,dinner on 14th sep night,had too salty lintel,roty served after 4 reminders [almost after 20minutes]restaurant Manager was smiling on service. He came to room for signing the bill as it was not provided to me at restaurant and he was too rude. mamoni blankly refused me for upgradation,which I am entitle as Black Premium customer. so zero rating for Gaurs sarovar Premiere Noida.Pleasr don't book,and waste your money there,even washroom door did not had door handle

Rooms were very spacious and organised. Hygiene was up to the mark, staff was very kind and helpful. Would recommend everyone to have breakfast there

Toothpaste and brush was not available in room and the bed was not so comfortable. Overall experience was good.

The room was good size. The food was good. The mat in the room was dirty with multiple stains and the wooden floor was sticky

This location is a nightmare. It’s a traffic jam magnet—I was stuck for over 2 hours just 700 meters from the hotel. I arrived frustrated and exhausted, only to be welcomed by a room that was downright disgusting. The hygiene standards are shockingly poor. The bathroom showerhead was covered in fungus, and the room looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in days. Food crumbs and hair were scattered everywhere. It was filthy, unhygienic, and completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Clean room, clean bathroom, good room service. Missed an iron and ironing board in the room. Also a dental kit. Some more attention to detail will make the stay excellent.

It was a pleasant stay at Gaur Sarovar Premier Hotel, the staff and housekeeping were very cooperative. I requested extra bed sheets and their response was very good and delivered in our room in 10 min time.

Service was lousy..... food quality average.... room size good but they could have managed it better

AC was not working properly in the night and we felt so suffocated in the room. it was so terrible for us.

Excellent food, good service, polite staff. The only disappointment is the pool which is at 5 mins walking distance from the hotel entrance. Otherwise I would rate the hotel 9/10
