very good and comfortable stay

We had an extremely disappointing experience with my stay. The room provided was in poor condition, with leaking taps that caused flooding every 15 minutes in the bathroom. To make matters worse, there was a power outage for 5 hours during the night. It was a terrible and uncomfortable experience overall. Despite the numerous issues, the hotel was unwilling to offer any refund or compensation. Unfortunately, MakeMyTrip was also unhelpful and couldn't assist in resolving the matter. I am very dissatisfied with both the hotel and the service provided by MakeMyTrip.

Room was dirty and not maintained, service was extremely poor and unresponsive, one lift was out of order throughout the stay and food was overpriced for the quality. Overall, a terrible experience and not worth the money

Overall good property amicable staff roof top restaurant and pool is mail point of attraction.

The location of the hotel is nice. Very close to malls. Food is good although a bit spicy for us but good quality food. The rooms and balcony were nice and kept clean. Same goes for the towels and bed sheets. Will definitely come for another stay

It was a great stay and the property is decent enough. Rooms are spacious and food is decent. Pool on rooftop is well maintained

The experience was really pathetic. Lizards on the floor, the key card didn’t work and we have to go back and forth with them to get it fixed multiple times and then the intercom didn’t work and after complaining like 4-5times we gave up, we couldn’t even order a cup of tea let alone food because of this.. no room service because the intercom didn’t work, it was a chaos situation because we were staying on 8th floor and intercom wasn’t working so we have to go every time to ground floor to the reception and still no solution to our problems. We left our stay in mid and checked out after a couple hours and booked another hotel for the night.

Service is not good as far as I think that So please improve your dining service. Food is also is very spicy and I feel really food was not good.

Worst room service from hotel side. I asked for towels and they simple cut the phone however i asked them multiple times

Rooms were not very clean. Even replacement bedding or toiletries were not clean. Was a different experience the last time we came to stay here but would avoid going forward.

Location is very good, food quality and taste is also very nice, overall facilities are also provided ...supportive staff members, neat & clean rooms.

i didn't like this property, the building wasn't managed. only 1 lift was working, no ac at reception area. bathroom had water leakage problem, no remote for tv, balcony wasn't clean

The location of Hibiscus Select Hotel is good and convenient for all restaurants , shopping etc . The food of hotel restaurant is quite good . Facilities are and hospitality is good and warm .
