Terrible Stay
It was a terrible experience! The room was pathetic, no water in bathroom, we had to tell them 10 times to get us hot water for shower

Good Stay
Had a good stay at Hibiscus Hotel. Room waa good with great view of the City. Food is very good especially Noodles. Roof top view, services are very good. Its at center so quite near to lot of points.

Terrible Stay
Exceptionally bad stay. There was no electricity for the full night. Bathroom was flooded with water. Highly recommend people to avoid this hotel

I am a regular traveller specially for official works and i must say that the hospitality by this property is heart warming ,polite staff with fast service ,food quality is good too and on demand they provide food without onion and garlic.

Terrible Stay
We had an extremely disappointing experience with my stay. The room provided was in poor condition, with leaking taps that caused flooding every 15 minutes in the bathroom. To make matters worse, there was a power outage for 5 hours during the night. It was a terrible and uncomfortable experience overall. Despite the numerous issues, the hotel was unwilling to offer any refund or compensation. Unfortunately, MakeMyTrip was also unhelpful and couldn't assist in resolving the matter. I am very dissatisfied with both the hotel and the service provided by MakeMyTrip.

Room was dirty and not maintained, service was extremely poor and unresponsive, one lift was out of order throughout the stay and food was overpriced for the quality. Overall, a terrible experience and not worth the money

The location of the hotel is nice. Very close to malls. Food is good although a bit spicy for us but good quality food. The rooms and balcony were nice and kept clean. Same goes for the towels and bed sheets. Will definitely come for another stay

Terrible Stay
The experience was really pathetic. Lizards on the floor, the key card didn’t work and we have to go back and forth with them to get it fixed multiple times and then the intercom didn’t work and after complaining like 4-5times we gave up, we couldn’t even order a cup of tea let alone food because of this.. no room service because the intercom didn’t work, it was a chaos situation because we were staying on 8th floor and intercom wasn’t working so we have to go every time to ground floor to the reception and still no solution to our problems. We left our stay in mid and checked out after a couple hours and booked another hotel for the night.

Rooms were not very clean. Even replacement bedding or toiletries were not clean. Was a different experience the last time we came to stay here but would avoid going forward.
