The property is in two parts, they show some else place in the pictures and make you stay two buildings away, no room service, extremely shady, no elevators for a 4-storey building and the worst bathrooms I have every seen, the day I stayed, there was no water in the shower at all.

I chose this property for the location as I was working at the Mart in Greater Noida. Room was half done when handed over to me . No Towels , no cleanliness , no spoon and tea bags. The Bathroom design was awful , the water from the shower cabin would make the entire bathroom slippery. The AC stopped working midway . The food was very average in the restraunt.

My experience was average. The room was too small even though I booked a standard one. Facilities like mini bar, fridge, and hair dryer were not working. There was no door mat and they charged ₹110 for a water bottle, which was disappointing. And no lift

They took the booking for the premise that they have uploaded over the MMT but they shifted us to another premise which is not a hotel premise at all..they have taken additional space or rooms and they are fooling all the customers

Problem of Rat (Chuha 🐁

Hotel is really good in terms of infrastructure but there was a measure issue related to Rats (chuha) in night annoying noise (like kut-kut-kut) of mice was there. Actually mouse was trying to break something behind bed and I was sleeping there. They did not have alternative room for me.... I complaint to hotel staff but nothing was resolved. the whole night I couldn't sleep.

The rooms booked and given were not same. One of the rooms had all the facilities but the rest two were not upto the mark. There was no refrigerator in the rooms which was mentioned in the booking voucher The breakfast was pathetic. I had a complimentary late check out voucher. They could provide only one room to us. Overall I am not happy with the stay and would not recommend the same to anyone.
