Terrible Stay
The photos of hotel it is different and actual hotel was totally different which was not even ready with all facilities. Restaurant was not operational and I didn’t get my one meal dinner there and I wasted my money, please refund my one meal payment of 3 dinners please

I’d say it was a “chaal jata hai” type of stay
I recently stayed at Lime Tree Hotel & Banquet for a short trip, and I’d say it was a “chaal jata hai” type of stay — decent for 2-3 days, but nothing too great. The room was thik thak clean — not spotless. I did notice a few cockroaches, which was disappointing. They really need to improve their housekeeping standards. Food was good in taste, but the breakfast buffet was a letdown. It had the same limited items every day, with not many options to choose from. Definitely not ideal if you’re staying for more than a day or two. On the positive side, the staff was polite and service was prompt. I adjusted fine during my stay, but there’s clear room for improvement in hygiene and variety in food. Overall Rating: 3/5 Good for a short budget-friendly stay, but not something I’d recommend for a longer comfortable experience unless they improve cleanliness and breakfast variety.

Good Stay
Ambiance is OK. Food is good Hot water was not available in bathroom for both the days. It is given in bucket. The approach road is getting locked in the night and alternate route was found with help of desk manager but with great difficulty.

Poor Stay
We had booked hotel where the location provided was incorrect. Despite multiple attempts, the contact number given was not answered. After somehow locating the hotel, we found the first room to be extremely dirty. Additionally, the air conditioner in the room was not functioning. Upon raising a complaint, we were informed that the ACs in none of the rooms were working.

Terrible Stay
The hotel has their ACs not working. Immediately after check in we were sent to a different property which was not even a hotel. It was a managed flat with small rooms and no facilities what so ever. We did not have any option but to stay there as it was too late to go anywhere else. Such a terrible experience....

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I had a very bad experience at Lime Tree Hotel. The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive throughout my stay. Basic hospitality and courtesy were missing. The hotel does not feel safe at all — there was no proper security, and I felt very uncomfortable staying there. Cleanliness and maintenance were also poor, and overall, the environment was not welcoming. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking this place. It’s definitely not worth the price, and there are far better options available.
