location is very difficult to locate,road to reach is in bad condition.A drainage is located behind property so full of small,you can not come out of room. In amenities thay show bathtub but at reception thay say in whole property no bathtub, Room was full of smoke,I called mmt then thay changed in 1hr,till then I with my wife and kids. Next day I enquired about swimming pool it was also closed,for d reason god knows. overall worst stay ever had 😡🤮

The hotel is beside an open sewage, attracting mosquitoes. Rooms are rundown, with a stinky bathroom. Shower floods the room due to improper floor slope.

We visited the property on our way from Amritsar at around 2 am with kids and found the linen was having spots and we requested to change the linen. Firstly the manager denied replacement and eventually after struggling with them to provide us linen we decided not to stay and continued our journey forward at 3:45 am. It was a terrible experience and would not recommend this to anyone.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel i locsted in very secluded place away from the main road. There is a huge drsin besides the hotel and it smells terrible all day long. There are so many mosiquitoes and they dont wash there bedsheets either
