1. Pathetic service! even the receptionist was not responding properly with booking issue 2. Also the food ordered was came after one n half hour after of order & was not at all good, even the cutlery was also not given to eat same properly 3. tube light was not functional 4. bathroom window was broken 5. no basic facility of towel for another person was given all above it the amount charge was huge which was even not close to the service quality 6. no space for parking 7.tv was also not connected with set-box 8. no toothpaste, no comb 9. phone also not working to connect with reception

Pathetic service! even the receptionist was not responding properly with booking issue happened; ultimately customer care service helped us out, until bad & irresponsive treatment was given to guest 2. Also the food ordered was came after one n half hour after of order & was not at all good, even the cutlery was also not given to eat same properly, the chapati was placed in bowl & had the further dinner 3. Tube light was not functional & was dimmed 4. Bathroom window was broken which lead to infinite mosquito to enter in 5. No basic facility of towel for another person/room mate was given all above it the amount charge was huge which was even not close to the service quality to qualify 6. No dedicated space for parking of 4-wheeler 7.Television was also not connected with set-box to have relax entertainment 8. Toothpaste, comb-Missing as well 9. Intercom/Phone also not working to connect with reception for any further requirement 10. Property is in extreme interior place

According to the rent room is okay cordur is not clean.

Room are good and clean however no single window in room tv is there but no set top box. You can watch only youtube on tv. Not much variety in breakfast only 2 items that to serve cold. Quantity of food is average. People’s are not much trained.

Worth of rs 1000- paid ard 7000- bad location & very bad locality, bathroom not rusty, broken taps

1. Ac not cooling 2. Tv not working the room which was given to me that is room no. 102 in which above mentioned problems are there. Then why this room was alloted. This is the value of make my trip aap. Pl investigate?

Hotel images are not at all matching to reality. The rooms and bathroom are not clean. Bed sheets not charged. The staff is not friendly and does not even know the hospitality of how to behave with clients

The service was really pathetic. Food from hotel was below standard. Not an ideal place to stay!

Very bad experience. Hotel room is small. And that is not hotel welcome inn. There hotel name is mk. There is fraud only. Hotel in outside market. Actual hotel tarrif is 1500rs but make my trip claims me 5500rs. When i reach there i try to your given contact no. But nobody response. I always trust with make my trip but this time huge fraud by booking agency

food arrangements are very very bad. complimentary breakfast is totally mismanaged. staff is not professional. overpriced and underperformed on basic services.. most important...one light was not getting switched off and i slept the *whole night* with the light on...it was rectified the next day.🙄🙄🙄

There is no tea cups and tea bags, coffee bags, we can not get tea before 7 am. Break fast. Very poor. Daily alu paroda which is not cooking properly.

The hotel room was very small and i doubt it was cleaned before i checked in, because the dustbin was not emptied!

Very nice property but sorry to say that its not in good hands. Not managed properly. Ac was not working even though they said that it was a new ac. Actually the filter was not cleaned and even the gas was leaking. Even after repeated complaints no one came to solve this issue. The whole night i had to suffer even after paying for an ac room. At all not satisfied by the answers given to me by the desk people. I will not recommend.

Friendly staff, room is good. Newly hotel. I used to book hotel for my employees stay. 5-7 minute distancve from city center pari-chow greater noida. Very greenery surrounding to hotel. Highly recommended for who want to stay in greater noida
